All prodedures are made difficult for international customers. Without a Swedish social security no, you have to phone customer service to get guided thru payment options. Also the ‘no deposit’ service is only for Swedish customers. I had to pay 2 months deposit. Finally, they kept sending me bills after I payed and sent them the receipt. It’s been two days since I’ve complained about this and no response. As an international customer you pay a lot extra to rent and get nothing back but in inconvenience.

I am a foreigner looking for apartment before entering Sweden and Samtrygg is the company I would strongly recommend.
1. Web site is easy to use with English translation. Contains information or link needed. One little suggestion is to have more detail of the options for foreigner who have not yet received their Personal Number and Bank ID.
2. Probably the most user friendly company /website for foreigner, as options are available through out the renting process.
3. Customer service and Rental Agent are very friendly and have been very supportive providing detail answer to questions, guidance and assistance throughout the process.

It connects landlords and tenants very well, has good variety of places, but communication is overwhelming (getting me too many SMS and email at the same time), an app would be good to have

Samtrygg charges a lot every month but does very little. The contract is completely in favor of the landlord: the landlord can clean the apartment himself before move-in, but the tenant is forced to pay for Samtrygg’s own cleaning company at move-out. Their mandatory cleaning costs around 6000 kr, almost three times more than normal companies. Overall, very expensive for very little service, and unfair conditions for tenants.

It was easy to use Samtrygg services, I am very satisfied.

First thing everytime I need to go and see it and talk face to face with the owner not like talk in the phone. Second they make me sure that I have save contrat no one can cheat me.

Incredibly easy and convenient. As someone who was worried about moving to Sweden, it was amazingly easy to book viewings and find a place.
The only aspect that bugs me is that, if you don't have a bank within the range of the countries they allow, you're at a disadvantage, and I say this as someone with a European bank account.
Other than that, A+.

A staff member should've checked all the furnitures. Some of devices werent working and were damaged. Your staff could take some notes and it could be added. Thanks to my landlords they handled well.

The experience was great from house viewing to signing the contract. All questions were answered accurately by Samtrygg.
