No help whatsoever

Please check other clients reviews, now they have plenty of time to keep replying to my review, this showing how little they care about their clients!! There was an issue with the neighbour new tenants, not sure what they are on about in their reply...They wasting everyone's time do not trust them!!
No help whatsoever. Phoebe training solicitor in my very stressful time, keep asking provide evidence, provide evidence...I had neighbour making false alligations, and Phoebe once again provide evidence, after i all ready wrote full events....she wasted my time, never replied!
Best find a solicitor who will help, not the one who waste your time when you need them!

We are very sorry that you have left this one star review. We have to ask clients to provide us with evidence to support their cases, otherwise it is impossible for us to assess whether or not they have a valid claim. If evidence is not provided, then we cannot advise. False allegations to the police are not actionable in defamation in any event. If you want us to review your case, we will only be able to do so if you provide us with evidence to support what you have already told us. If you do not have any evidence, or if you are not prepared to send it to us, we cannot help.

Outstanding Service

Outstanding Service – Highly Recommended

I’ve dealt with numerous solicitors over the years, mainly from central London firms, but Jennie Applebee at Samuels Solicitors LLP has truly outperformed them all.

She successfully handled a complex dispute against a prominent London law firm, securing damages for negligent will writing. Her approach was exceptionally professional, clear, and efficient throughout. Unlike many others, she focused only on what was necessary—avoiding the typical barrage of chargeable emails and unnecessary communication that often drives up costs.

Jennie not only delivered results but also saved me a significant amount of money in the process. I’m extremely impressed with her expertise, integrity, and no-nonsense style. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone in need of high-quality legal representation.

I recommend you avoid Samuels like the plague

The worst solicitors going IMHO. Completely and utterly messed up my housing disrepair claim so that it was killed off on a major procedural law jurisprudence which they did not see coming, duh! Not only that, letter sent out by them contained numerous factual, spelling and grammatical mistakes, despite the fact I corrected their draft. Plus they appear to have charged me for such "work", and even for considering my eventual complaint to them, etc. They even had the gall to write to me saying they were going to charge me to have the court take their name off a process of mine that they were not even named on as my solicitors in that process in the first place. Check their work! Check their lutters for spulling mestakes! Check their bills!
