I had the best shopping experience ever!

My fiance was fitted at a local store here. We decided to order his ring online through Samuels since my engagement ring is through Samuels. We got the ring in the mail and its the completely wrong size even though it says in the receipt that they sent us a wrong size. I've tried calling several times now to learn how to exchange it and no one picks up the phone and no one has returned my voicemails. Will probably have to buy from another store and count this ring as a loss.

The sterling amethyst and peridot flower earrings I purchased are absolutely beautiful & they were very affordable.

I love the Daily Deals and would recommend to all my friends. The only recommendation is one of the necklaces I purchased was a little smalled than I expected it to be but I still loved it. A ruler or something next to the pictured item would be nice.

I have contacted online customer service to no avail. Want my money back now.

I WON'T ORDER FROM SAMUELS VIA ON LINE EVER AGAIN. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY ORDER PLACED ABOUT TWO WEEKS AGO. THE ORDER WAS FOR A NECKLACE AND A RING. I HOPE SOMEONE IS ENOYING THEM

While purchasing a Christmas gift for my dad at the south county mall location in St. Louis, there were several miscommunications between management and a salesperson that left me as a consumer totally disappointed with their services. Attention to all consumers, if and when you customize anything, they will force you to purchase it once customized, even if you aren't happy with how it looks. My item wasn't ready in a timely manner. I was left with no other choice but to purchase something I didn't even want nor did I like. My purchase was meaningless! Theyre also dishonest when they tell you your bill will come in a month, the truth is it will come in one week, so be prepared consumers. I felt it was about a sale rather than good service. I will advise ALL strangers, my family, Co workers, and friends not to use this company whatsoever. I wouldn't recommend Samuels to anyone, PERIOD!

Very cheap quality, purple paint coming off. They didn't look like the picture on there website . Very dull looking shade of purple. Won't be buying any more jewelry from them. Very disappointed.

The earrings I ordered far exceeded my expectations. All recipients were pleased and impressed.

Ordered earrings for christmas but have not yet to recieve. Tracking is not up to par and hasn't changed still shows status of the 16th. No expected date of delivery.

It's beautiful and your promotional price was great. However, I'd recommend better packaging. It would be good to use the Samuel's packaging and not the cheap box it came in. It looks poor quality when not packaged well. Also, I would recommend a different plank the necklace goes in. Other than that it's pretty and I know the people that received it liked it.
