I’m here to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received and the subsequent lack of communication regarding my refund request.

I recently purchased your service, but it failed to meet basic expectations. Most notably, the plagiarism check feature did not work at all. I sent an email almost a week ago requesting a full refund due to these significant flaws, yet I have received no response.

This lack of transparency and failure to address customer concerns is unacceptable. I feel misled by the quality of the product and am concerned by the total lack of support. I expect a prompt response regarding the status of my refund.

Samwell AI is one of the most misleading and frustrating services I’ve ever come across. Their policies are unclear, the interface is confusing, and it’s nearly impossible to cancel or delete your account. I was charged again without any notice or renewal reminder, which is extremely unprofessional and feels intentionally deceptive.

The website forces you to keep a credit card on file, but provides no straightforward way to manage or stop recurring billing. Customer support is unresponsive, and their “all sales are final” policy is used as an excuse to avoid helping users who were billed unexpectedly.
Overall, the service is poorly designed, lacks transparency, and creates a terrible customer experience. I strongly advise others to stay away.

ITheir AI is horrible, I paid for the monthly service, tried to use it and the results were not satisfactory at all so I tried to get a refund immediately, their customer service is AI and it sent me a link to their refund policy which was basically no refunds so then I wrote them and told them I wanted to cancel my subscription, it sent another link and there's nowhere to cancel and they just tried billing me again! STAY AWAY. It's illegal to not have a way to easily cancel your subscription so I am going to pursue this because they won't stop billing me.

BEWARE: THIS IS A SCAM. This isn't a legit AI website. They have no customer support. You can get the same output from free AI platforms. The functionality is terrible at sounding like its written not by a robot. I signed up for the free trial period and forgot to cancel the subscription only to end up paying 96$ and no customer service response whatsoever. Had to call the bank and report as scammer fraud.

I have been trying for more than a week to cancel the subscription but they keep on billing my account. The cancellation option is not available and the link provided doesn’t allow me to cancel. Please cancel the subscription and stop debiting my account.

It's really good tool for students and scientists

I have a close friend who writes research papers, and surveys and was looking for recommendations to help him write his research paper.
He was delighted to find Samwell AI, and has made significant difference in his productivity.
Highly recommend it.

First time writing a review online - just to save somebody else the wasted $$. The AI is useless: repetative clisheés and extremely limited knowledge. It is more a parody than anything else.

Be careful, this service steals your money! I never received a clear response from their support team! I canceled my subscription and deleted my account, which they confirmed, but they are still storing my personal data and charging my card! I haven't received any apology or refund!

The idea is good BUT
- the system collapsed several times during the writing process
- there isn't a possibility to change the settings of an essay after it has been written which is really annoying
- there is a lot of repetition in the text
- references haven't got anything to do with the topic and there are far too many references used
- even with a pro account customer service is very slow which is no help when trying to actually make progress
- I don't know how good or bad the AI checker is but after the rest of my experience I don't trust it

This is the first time playing with Samwell and a bit too early for a review. For now I remain curious to learn more about it, then I will be able to discuss its qualities.

Samwell ai is a huge scam totally! Don’t waste your money on it! Neither trustworthy information nor references and more… I bought the maximum plan so trust me it is very very poor

I had an awful experience with Samwell.ai and Semihuman.ai. The product works fine, but the real problem is their terrible customer service and the fact that you just can’t trust them. They charged me twice for the same membership and refused to refund the extra charge. I tried contacting their support many times, but most of my messages and emails were ignored. After a ton of effort, I finally got one cold reply saying there was "nothing they could do." Honestly, I feel SCAMMED. Watch out—they might charge you twice, and if that happens, don’t expect your money back. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!

I strongly advise against purchasing Samwell AI. They claim their essays can bypass AI detection tools (as advertised in their paid plans), but this is completely false. Upon testing, their output is easily flagged by any AI detector. Worse, their "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" refund policy means you won't get your money back if you're dissatisfied. Customer service is unhelpful and simply points to their non-refundable policy. This platform feels like a scam – save your money and avoid Samwell AI at all costs.

DO NOT PURCHASE. It's just awful. They won't refund you, even when Samwell does NONE of the things it's meant to. The guy (Cyriac Lefort) resides in Serbia according to ChatGPT (Far superior). I've asked multiple times for my money back and it's been ignored. In the UK/EU you get 14 days for distance selling by LAW. Still he ignores. Samwell is unusable. I'd avoid even asking him to code a hashtag tbh.

It is not working at all. A lot of errors and mistakes. I have written to them to cancel my suscription and they don’t reply at all. I am really thinking is a scam.
