Omega watch purchased, watch arrived next day and very happy with the purchase, good communication and would recommend.

Very impressive Omega Seamaster GMT Planet Ocean watch at a wonderful price... came with original credentials and the Beautiful red leather box and even a red Omega shopping bag to go along with it... From the UK all the way to Florida!

Watch was faulty and when returned refused to give a refund. Terrible products and customer service

Great service and communication, the watch was just as described, I was so impressed I brought another one for my wife.
Keep up the good work Lee

I’ve ordered several watches from Lee at Sanctuary. His customer service is excellent and the watches will impress. Thanks Lee!

Received the omega watch this morning, I am more than happy with it absolute quality. I will buy again from this watch company. Thanks again.

Ordered a tag heuer box only, needed it for the end of the week, received within a day! Very happy, good communication.

Well where do I start!
Watch turn up after good communications, but when it arrived it wasn’t as per the pictures on the website and videos forwarded - different strap (which fell apart within a week ), the back had the logos missing, and it was loosing massive amount of time evernight ! initially I felt the discussion with the owner about the issues wasn’t taken seriously and they weren’t bothered, and it wasn’t there problem and I was trying on !!
Eventually they replaced the watch but the replacement is again not as the pictures this time front wrong, colours wrong !! I’ve given up and would not recommend there copies !!

Amazing watch with a Amazing and faultless delivery with communication right to the end highly recommended and cant wait get another.... thanks again

Great quality products and first class communication. Lots of nice watches to choose from

Sold me a nice Rolex replica watch, came the next day with a nice branded box. Obviously it's not real, but you'd need to know what you're looking for to spot the difference! A great way to buy a nice bit of bling for sensible money.

Great quality watches and even better service. Will definitely be buying again

Fantastic customer service! Even when I couldn’t get it to work on the website I messaged the company and got it sorted straight away couldn’t ask for better customer service! Delivered very fast and very quick! Will defiantly be buying from here again!
