Worst experience

After ordering a pair of sandals, which unfortunately was too small, I followed the procedure to send back the product.
At at the end of the procedure it said that the request was pending and that I would received information shortly. As nothing happened for days, I sent an email to the email address indicated on the company's website, which did result unknown. There was not way to contact Sandalicaeli neither via email nor via telephone. For me, this is fraud and I do not recommend anyone to buy their products.
