Massive SCAM

Massive scam - same as other reviews on this site. Do Not order from this facade of a site. Absolute BS. Ordered over three months ago, never received goods, they have never responded or acknowledged any emails. Avoid at all costs.

***BUYER BEWARE ***Ordered 3 x bikinis…

***BUYER BEWARE ***Ordered 3 x bikinis and never received the products. Sent multiple emails requesting tracking updates / correspondence and never heard a reply. Payment was taken on 18th June and still no correspondence or products. Very disappointed.

Should be a ZERO!

Should be a ZERO!! Ordered items for my daughter over six months ago. Never received. Have tried to contact them numerous times. No response. No phone number to call them either.

Avoid at all costs!

I would give one star if I could, avoid ordering from this site. I ordered a few items which arrived on time but unfortunately a couple of the items were too small. I submitted my return as their website advised and got an email to say it had been approved. I then returned my items to them and emailed them a copy of the tracking number. It has now been 2 months since I did this and I’ve not heard anything. I’ve emailed them on multiple occasions as well as on Instagram and I can see my items were returned to them and signed for! They did reply on Instagram to say my refund is being processed but this was almost a month ago and they are now ignoring my messages.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS THIEF'S

I wouldn't even give 1 start to this thief's.
Doggiest website ever took my money and their product never arrived!!! tried to contact them over email, Instagram no reply like if i was talking to the wall. i wish i read the real reviews in here not from Instagram!!!

DO NOT ORDER

I ordered a bikini for an event I was supposed to go to 2 and a half weeks after the order date. The website stated that it would get there at least 3 days before this event so I placed an order. The event rolled around and passed and I still had not received my bikini. I thought no big deal it's fine I'll just get a refund! It took me around an hour to finally find how to contact customer services. And I emailed them to ask if I could have a refund. I waited for 4 days until I got a horribly spelled reply to my question. Customer services asked if I would like a refund or if I would still like the bikini. I obviously said I would like a refund as the bikini was not needed and it hadn't even been shipped yet. It took them over a week to reply with a hastily written out email saying that I would get refunded. That email was around 2 weeks ago now and I still have not received my refund! So around 5 days ago I emailed them again and asked if they could give me an approximate estimate of when I would receive my money back and they have not said a word back to me. This has been a huge inconvenience for me as well as a great annoyance!
(Edit: this is over a month after asking for my refund and nearly two months since my order was placed. My order number was #114295 and the order name was Aimee since this company so openly insists that I did not order from them)

Didn't receive order

I ordered a bikini almost 2 weeks ago and I still haven't even received a notification that it's been despatched. Tried contacting them but heard nothing back, so not sure if they're even a legit company?!

Currently trying to return 2 bikinis…

Currently trying to return 2 bikinis that I ordered that don’t fit. I requested a return last week and I still haven’t heard anything back. I go away this evening and need to return the bikinis today… I can’t understand why it is taking so long to just approve my return when it is a consumer right? People need their money back from items that don’t fit, writing on here with the hope to get some sort of response… wish I had read these reviews before purchasing

Stay clear!

Same experience as other people on here. Ordered three bikinis in the knowledge that there was a 14 day return period, however my request was declined stating the items were in clearance (not once did it state that on the website). I’m now £70 down, with bikinis I can’t wear. Wouldn’t go near this company if you paid me
