Paul and Dan were extremely helpful. They switched us over our phone provider after they were problematic, beating their prices and customer service, with full integration to our CRM system, phones fitted, and full training provided within 4 days. They were extremely organized and friendly, kept in constant contact, and any changes or needs we've had since have been answered and resolved right away.

Fantastic Service – we now have a much-improved service and have made a cost saving compared to our previous contract.

Absolutely fantastic service. These guys make the process so easy and go over and above for you. None of this, holding in a queue with thousands of folk speaking to a call center. You get a dedicated person who will discuss your requirements, agree a solution to achieve your objectives and coordinates the whole thing. The installation was great, we got Mitch who was really knowledgeable, setup IVRs, voicemails and greetings and did a really neat install. Will definitely recommend these guys.

Sand have helped us develop and maintain everything we need to run a charity successfully and are always just a phone call away with immediate advice; whether it’s helping with hardware or setting up phone lines. Would deffo recommend Sand to anyone who needs tech support.

Well I have recently taken out the sand service through Paul who I have known for many years.

The new system ticks every box, we have made a significant saving by moving over to Sand.

The install on the day went smooth, a couple of minor issues on the day but they were rectified very fast by Dan the engineer.

The new leased line we have is much faster and gives us the dedicated speed to support our daily operations.

Overall very impressed with the service and the way the whole team operate.

Would highly suggest Sand.

Communications with yourselves were quick and easy. Dan the service engineer who fitted our telephones on the hottest day of the year was polite, on time, and catered for our needs. Emigrated our IT and telecomms from another supplier to Sand Communications and the whole process was a very pleasant and professional one.

The people at Sand were very responsive to our known and 'out of the blue' queries and I know they will deliver on any future challenges we may experience in relaiton to our IT and Telecomms.

From a very helpful sales team who guided us on what system we needed to have in place to effecient and knowledgeable technical team who installed the system and showed us how to use it, straight through to a very helpful support team who answered any question I had with terms I understood! We were relocating our staff to a much larger office and needed some help... Sand Communications were faultless throughout this process. We have now implemented a new hosted phone solution with over 30 users and Wi-Fi across the office and warehouse areas, they even tidied up all of our cabinet and comms area. Since the installation they have been pro-active in offering more advice on how we can improve our communications across our business. I cannot recommend Sand enough and are delighted they are our telecoms provider.

Having used many communication companies and being burnt by our previous supplier, the bar was set high, and the challenge was set for Sand to change our thoughts on communication companies.

Mr Burney has been extremely helpful and has given us confidence throughout the process. From the initial meeting with Mr Burney and explaining that our internet connection speed was like dial-up when we try to raise the issue, the provider acts like we are putting his day out, too simply wanting a provider to support our growing business. The installation of the new system also went without any significant issues, and the engineer was a great help with explaining the system and how to use it.

We had Sand Communications Ltd come in and assess our needs as our leased line was nearing its renewal. The process was seamless, we received the equipment well in advance and our IT team were kept in the loop every step of the way. Not only are we working on a superfast connection we have made big savings too so more than happy. A special mention goes out to Paul who was always on the end of the telephone to answer a query or resolve an issue, a pleasure to deal with.

Our internet was running very slow and we had various engineers out to diagnose, but with no positive result. Matt took one look at the state of the equipment and decided it all had to go, along with all the existing wiring as over the years it had been bodged and all the phones and computers were running off one socket.
Matt spent two days stripping out the old and rewiring the new, every cable was hidden away and trunked, very neat and professional. All debris from drilling etc was tidied up.

We now have a faster internet connection which has enabled us to work more efficiently and is less stressful for us and our customers. Would 100% recommend Sand Communications.

We wanted to swap our phones onto a new contract from another company! Sand communications organised the switch over, along with all the contract issues we had with the other company. Our rate is a better deal than previously with a more up to date system in place.
We had our system installed into a busy salon and needed the installation to cause minimal disruption. Sand communications installed on a Sunday working overtime to allow us to have it on a day that we are closed!
It went smoothly and we now have an effective, efficient system in place.
Mitchell who installed our system and Paul who dealt with our new contracts etc was professional, helpful & I couldn’t recommend them enough!
