Great but for one thing
Online ordering process was good. My order was dispatched really quickly. Communication with the company was great, they responded swiftly and helpfully. The only thing that let it down was that I didn’t receive a dispatch email with tracking number. FedEx tried to deliver my parcel twice but didn’t bother writing any information on the card so I didn’t know where the parcel was coming from. So FexEx would give me no information. It was eventually sorted and I am happy with the products I received. SIA abrasives are really good, at a fraction of the price of Mirka. I will definitely order from Sandingshed again but next time I’ll ask for the tracking number.
