Missing order; no response from Customer Service

I placed an order on April 2 and waited the maximum number of days before emailing customer support on April 13th. After receiving no response I completed the online inquiry form on April 15. I have still not received a response and I will be requesting a charge back on my credit card. Too bad. I loved the dresses I ordered for vacation. I'm ok with delayed shipping, but I need to know whether to expect to receive them at all.

SCAM SCAM SCAM …..Would give them a 0 if I could husband ordered jeans for me over 1.5 months ago and still have not received anything tried reaching out and asking about tracking and they refused to answer any questions went to website to look up tracking and page won’t load customer service sucks

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible company, avoid at all costs. There are so many red flags for this company so I am annoyed I gave them a chance - for eg links to their privacy policy/ return policy/ FAQ’s on their website are blank, there are negative comments all saying very similar things on their social media page and on this website…
I purchased some jeans 3 months ago which never arrived (don’t think they were even shipped)! I contacted customer services (they are very unresponsive) and they couldn’t even give me a new estimated shipping date which showed me they don’t even have enough confidence in their own processes to provide one. I then asked for a full refund and never received the refund in the timeframe they gave. Contacted them again, turns out they didn’t process my refund. Finally received my refund. Most decent/reputable companies would at least offer some form of compensation but they didn’t. Red flags all round. Don’t use them

I placed an order a few weeks ago and…

I placed an order a few weeks ago and only recieved one email that my order was confirmed. Since the email I have recieved no further correspondence and when I went on their website to check for contact information so I could email I found a “track your order” option: I went to track my order with the order number provided in the original and only email I have recieved and it says order not found.
I’m feeling very uneasy and like this may be a scam company.

I am extremely disappointed with the…

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service from this company. I placed an order for a pair of jeans on February 8th and have not received any updates, shipping confirmation, or communication since then.

I have emailed the support address and have not received a single response. There is no phone number available to call, which makes it even more frustrating.

I am very concerned about the legitimacy of this company. The lack of communication, inability to track my order, and absence of any real customer support raises serious red flags. I would strongly encourage others to proceed with caution until this company improves its transparency and customer service.

Poor customer service

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service from this company. I placed an order for a pair of jeans on February 14 and have not received any updates, shipping confirmation, or communication since then.

I have emailed the support address multiple times and have not received a single response. There is no phone number available to call, which makes it even more frustrating. When I try to look up my order using the order number provided in my confirmation email, the website says “order not found,” which I know is not accurate because I have proof of purchase.

Numerous emails ignored!

SCAM

This company is a scam. The sent me the wrong size and I have been emailing back and forth with them for 2 MONTHS now.. past few weeks they just stopped answering. I would not buy from here if there’s a chance u need a return or a refund. You will not get your money back. They get cheap shit from other parts of the world and jack up the price. So cheap it’s not worth them doing a return. What I’m shocked at is a customer asking for their return and they ignore you and keep ur 100+ dollars…. SHADY AF.

Very poor customer service they take a…

Very poor customer service they take a week before they answer my email. I’ve had multiple issues that I needed resolved. I ultimately had to contact my credit card company and open a dispute.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was SO excited about the jeans and leggings ordered. Unfortunately, after almost a MONTH of waiting, not only do I not have my order, but I continue to be told (only after I had to contact customer service on my own) that it is STILL in production. The communication from the company has been poor at best, only receiving responses after I initiate them and typically not coming until many days later. I’m so disappointed.

Took forever to arrive

Took forever to arrive. Fabric is terrible and feels cheap and is very thin. I ordered an XS but it fits like a Large. Can’t get anyone to respond about returning. Very disappointing and feels scammy.

I need to do return

I need to do return. I emailed customer service and it's been 3 days now without any reply. Not sure what to do! My delivery was late by 2 weeks with the holidays and I'm worried the month will lapse, they will only do returns within 30 days. ?? What should I do??

BEWARE OF RETURNS

The returns process asks you to email for an RMA number to return an item. I have emailed twice now, several weeks apart with no response. There is only the support @ sandset.shop email given as a way to contact. Their website claims to respond within 24hours.
Everything about this feels like I’ve been scammed and have no choice now but to try and claim back my refund via PayPal or my bank. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I unfortunately needed to get a refund…

I unfortunately needed to get a refund as the item didn't quite fit my wife. The item itself was great, the packaging and instruction video included made for a quality item. Sandset were very understanding and gave me a full refund straight away. To be honest I thought this wouldn't be the case, I was dead wrong. Great customer service and would recommend to anyone.

Product is as advertised

Product is as advertised. My wife is amazed at the various looks she 'll be able to have with just one dress. Ideal for travelling and needing to limit what we can pack. The package came in a bit later than expected (about 2 weeks more than originally stated). They clearly had a surge in demand following an online marketing campaign in November. I was concerned that I may have been scammed, but it all worked out. Very happy overall.

Misleading customers and won’t cancel order

I contacted Sandset when the dress hadn’t arrived. Was told it was out of stock and could change colour or receive a refund. Checked website and they still had the dress available online delivery within 11 days. I notified them that they are misleading customers. I requested a refund and they haven’t responded to three emails or their online form. It’s now two weeks since I asked for the refund. I’ve started receiving emails they are still trying to send it, there is no new delivery date. I requested they cancel it again but still no response. I’ve reported it as a scam on social media.

The generic response below doesn’t assist. That’s the email I’ve been contacting and not receiving a response from.

I just received my order and have place…

I just received my order and have place them in the goodwill bin.
Sadly what I received was nothing like I ordered. Cheap fabric, looked like oversized nighties. This is a scam.
