Please don't order from their website, they will not ship the item. They have no customer support. Phone number is invalid or busy 24x7. They will not reply to any email or even via Instagram DM.

I ordered 4 pieces, but will receive only 2 based on a ShadowFax Delivery WhatsApp message stating that only 2 items were dispatched.
At the time of ordering, the delivery was shown for March 17th, but even after 7 days, on March 23rd, I still haven't received it, and after lots of efforts rider picked up the call and asked me to wait till tomorrow.
Out for delivery text from ShadowFax WhatsApp was at 11:30AM today.
The rider was pathetic, didn’t answer my calls all day long, and then refused to deliver today.
Also, there was no option to cancel online on website, I tried to cancel on email but my cancellation request was denied by email.
