English speaker who luckily found this company

I just moved to Italy and my Italian is poor. They answered my enquiry quickly and in English and sent people to look at issue. The problem was previous owners of my property, for some insane reason, had installed air con which had the water pipe emptying on the wooden floor in the living room. They came and figured out how to get pipe to a place where water should go and also quoted for an extra unit. Pricing was good and all work started a couple of weeks later
The workmen turned up on time and left my premises very clean when they left
