Failure to deliver on a commitment
Unfortunately, a promising project for the bathroom placement that included fittings and placement turned out to be a total failure. Lots of promises and effort put by the Sales team to sell the idea of the product/project, without any decent follow up. Lack of transparency, absence of communication, even when the project is past the implementation date. With this review, I hope to have the attention of Sanistunter Zoetermeer and request their confirmation that the company cannot deliver the project as it was agreed and will transfer the pre-paid amount as it has been requested by us over the past month via e-mail communication and personally at the shop location. 4 months of waiting is a reasonable indication of whether the project is taken seriously and/or can be implemented by the company. If any unforeseen circumstances had arisen in the process, we wish we would have been informed of them, which was not the case. We do not wish to put any more effort or time than we had already put into trying to have any feedback on the project. We lost our trust that Sanistunter can adhere to the made commitment. Taking the aforementioned into account, I would like to kindly ask the Manager or Sanistunter Zoetermeer or the Customer Services Manager of Sanistunter to help to resolve this situation as soon as possible.
