I had the best experience with Sanitino.de . Great customer service with at great dialogue and guidance in English which is very hard to find I Germany ( I’m from Denmark) I place my order (a lot of things that you need when you are totally renovating 3 bathrooms) on friday and they send all 43 HansGrohe items on Monday . Quick, easy and great customer service especially thanks to this guy, Jan from customer support.
I ordered the package to be sent with DHL but they messed up and was 12 days to deliver a package that should take 1-2 days to deliver . That’s what DHL announce . But that have nothing to do with Sanitino.de.
Anyways 5 star to Sanitino.de . I had a greate customer experience and I would definitely shop here again and highly recommend for others .

No money back after two months
One hour after order I tried to cancel the order. That was at 23.8.22 They still ask me (three times sanitino + one time delivery service) if I received the ware and I still don't have my money back after two months.
