Geberit duofix - complete kit
It was really easy to find what I wanted on the site. In terms of the products I was looking for I found here the best prices on the market. The delivery was really smooth, the products were delivered from Czech Republic to my place in Romania in less than 5 business days. The products were delivered with no issue, nothing was broken following transportation and the kit was complete, as presented in the product description on the site. I will definitely use the site again in the future and definitely recommend it.

Detailed description of shopping experience
1. the site was easy to use and I found the products I was looking for
2. the prices are better than the ones offered by suppliers in my home country, Romania
3. the delivery timeframe was as advertised on the site, which is such an important aspect nowadays, since a lot of sites promise a delivery time, but, sometimes, issues arise the moment the order is placed and paid online.
4. I received information about the transport tracking numbers. The package contained 2 boxes which were sent separately. I must say I did not appreciate the split delivery, but, once I contacted client support, I was informed my delivery was split into several packages since it exceeded the standard volume.
5. I liked the fact that the delivery notice was inside the boxes for easier check of the merchandise received.
6. Client support offered a detailed and reasonable explanation.

Nothing happened and lose money?
To be honest,it s very hard to belive in era of tehnology and era of mobile phone,nobody but nobody can aswer why they don’t answer and why they don’t use a proper phone number….

Very disappointing experience with SANITINO
Very disappointing experience with SANITINO. I received a sink that was not in acceptable condition and submitted a return request twice through their website. It has now been almost 2–3 weeks and I have received absolutely no response.
I also tried to contact them regarding the return, but I have still not received any assistance. I expected much better customer service and communication.
I would not recommend SANITINO based on my experience. If a customer has a problem with a product, they should at least receive a response and proper support.
