Communication about delays is nonexistent

I received a prompt response to my email requesting a refund and cancellation of my order. The order was cancelled and refund should reach my account this week. I do not think the company is a scam, it’s just the communication that is poorly managed - especially when it comes to delays. It’s such a shame as the products are lovely. The company should definitely invest more in their customer service. Even simple mass emails with a short update on their order once a week to customers who are still waiting would be appreciated.

Overall we made two orders from this company. The first order came in without issues.

Unfortunately, the second order we made in December for preordered items that were supposed to be shipped end of January still hasn’t arrived. It’s almost April. The communication about delays is non existent. I’ve tried to contact support about it recently and got no reply at all. I am not sure what to think, did we loose all the money we spent here? The cancellation policy states that we could cancel within 30 days which doesn’t make any sense for preordered items if another policy states that delays can happen, the only thing you can do is to accept it even if delay is 2 months + The thing is we truly wanted these items. They are good quality when (if) they eventually turn up. The lack of communication, no replies to emails is making this shopping experience rather stressful.

I ordered a few items for Christmas and…

I ordered a few items for Christmas and one product came in damaged. I’ve been messaging since Christmas! No response so I will be proceeding with a fraud charge for faulty product. Do not order from them if you want useable products and good customer service

Better Late Than NeverCustomer Service

After posting my review, today i received an email from the customer service manager, Jules, telling me my emails had been directed to him/her. After apologizing I received the information I had requested a week ago. This email was followed up with the shipping information. Thankfully they reached out. Therefore I have upgraded the review. Sanshee is trying to come through. They did respond and apologized and I do appreciate that. I will order again should my grandchildren request and will definitely update when all is said and done.

What a terrible experience

First of all, the card I used to make a purchase said the card was rejected. So I tried a second time and it said it was rejected again. I checked with my bank and saw that both purchases went through. I wasn't given an order number or an email and there is no trace of my orders. I have emailed them over 6 times to have this resolved and no one has gotten back to me. I will never purchase from them EVER again.

Awful business

​I placed an order with Sanshee.com over 2 weeks ago, and it has been an incredibly frustrating experience. My credit card was charged immediately, but the item has still not been shipped. The tracking information hasn't been updated, and the order status remains "Processing."
​I have sent multiple emails to their customer support team to inquire about the delay and to get an update on my order. I have yet to receive a single response. It feels like my money has been taken, and I'm being completely ignored.
​This is a failure on two fronts: their inability to ship products in a timely manner and, even more concerning, their complete lack of customer service. A simple email acknowledging the delay or providing some kind of a timeline would have made all the difference, but there's been nothing.
​I'm incredibly disappointed with Sanshee and would caution anyone against ordering from them if you expect to receive your items or get any kind of support.

Legit store, high quality products but communication could be better

Honestly, my order didn't go that smoothly, as I mixed it with pre-order items and had to wait about 2 months until they arrive at the warehouse. And I felt like I had to remind them, while also they didn't reply to my email properly so I used Instagram to ask in their business chat to remind the support stuff about my email, and then I got my response. But as soon as the items were in stock, they shipped it on May 9 and it got delivered to me on May 23.
The items themselves however are of very high quality, I give them that. What I expected, they did not disappoint. Also nothing went missing nor got damaged along the way. Hopefully they will restock other items I wanted and improve their communication.
P.S. Not connected to the store itself but be mindful of possible VAT taxes and customs fees

Good enough?

I’m a sucker for anything Rain World related. I ordered five plushies and two pins back in December and May. The pre-order items took quite a while to arrive, the in-stock plushies were on time. The quality isn’t the best in my opinion but it’s acceptable. You get what you paid for.

I wouldn’t order from Sanshee again

Same experience as other people, I ordered and was told it would arrive after Christmas. I’m still waiting and they’re no longer responding to my emails! Wish I trusted my gut and not ordered from this company as shipping was very expensive too.

Never got it

Never got it. Was supposed to be a Christmas present. Now I have to spend more with a trustworthy company. My failure as I didn't read the reviews before ordering. Don't buy from these people!!

I ordered goods from this company on 14…

I ordered goods from this company on 14 November (35 days ago). My order was confirmed and I was told it would soon be ready to ship. Since then nothing. I have emailed for an update but nothing forthcoming. The shipping charge was almost as much as the goods themselves and I’m beginning to think they are a scam.

Run!

Definitely don’t recommend ordering from Sanshee! They’ll take your money and not provide you with your items or any customer service whatsoever! I spent over over $170 and this company can’t even be bothered to email me back. Yikes.

Backstory: I placed an order on November 17th. Website said it may take a week to ship due to higher demand around the holidays, fine, no big deal. But after two weeks passed with no order update, I emailed Sanshee (as this is the ONLY way they provide to contact them and the only way the provide to cancel your order) asking for a potential ship date since these were Christmas gifts for my son, didn’t get a response. I emailed again the next day to request an order cancel / refund, still haven’t heard back after 4-5 days and my order still has not been canceled and I still have not been refunded. It’s now December 4th. This is over two weeks since placing my order. Certainly NOT a great first experience with this company!

Sent numerous messages regarding the whereabouts of my order, placed an order with two items, when will it be despatched? Still no response, I have asked for a full refund as it states you can have a full refund if you change your mind within 30 days, so did this as I thought I might get my money back, still no response, paid nearly £100.00 on these items, they steal your money, thieves, avoid …

Since leaving the above feedback on trustpilot Sanshee have been in touch and cancelled and refunded my order, I am still awaiting the refund which takes up to 5 working days, I have sent a message since regarding this order but no reply as yet ! …

Paid 75 euros for a FNAF bear

Paid 75 euros for a FNAF bear. 2 months and still not arrived. No customer feedback and item sent by mail which was charged 35 usd. No support other than link to parcel which still shows item in transit after 2 months.

Highly Recommend, Top Marks

I ordered from Sanshee a tiny bit ago. I talked to their customer service about an item they didn't currently have in stock and that to save on shipping I would like to order everything together if possible. I was treated very kindly and conscientiously. He forwarded my concerns to the relevant teams and I was updated promptly throughout. I have absolutely nothing negative to say, everything was perfect, and I highly recommend buying with them. My brother will be very pleased with his plushes come his birthday. The little extras you get with some of the plushes: the little character card and magnetic accessories are a bonus also.
