Absolutely terrible experience with this company.
My bicycle was not delivered for over a month, despite multiple attempts to contact them. There was no clear communication, no responsibility, and no proper solution offered. This is a complete waste of time and shows a very unprofessional approach.
I was even promised dispatch by the end of the week (see attached screenshot), but this commitment was not fulfilled.
I have now requested a full refund and expect it to be processed immediately.
I strongly warn others: do not deal with this company. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay away

Bad Communication
I ordered a bicycle in august and haven't got an email or information, that the order was send. The package got to my adress later than the promised 9-10 work days and without any announcement and so i couldn't prepare to receive it and it therefore got send back. I contacted Santafixie and got a response, but still nothing happened yet. I've already paid the bicycle and waiting for it or any information.
