Not a trustworthy company. They move very slow and at the first sign of trouble they disappear. Bought a Cinelli Vai stem which had a manufacturing defect. Tried to make a warranty claim, but they haven't responded to any of my attempts to contact them. I contacted Cinelii directly as well and they confirmed that the stem should be replaced.
Purchased a pair of fixie wheels.
Received with a warp on each wheel, requiring re-sharpening, and chips in the rim. An email was sent but went unanswered. After 6 months of use, the binding nuts are rusting. An email was sent to claim the warranty: a negative response from Santafixie, apparently this is normal!! In my opinion, it lacks a good thickness of chrome to guarantee protection against corrosion. No response from Santafixie. In short, avoid this brand, they are bad.
