Scammers, disgusting quality Jacket cost $93 USD, got PayPal involved, was given a return address in China, it doesn't exhist, now blazer is lost and I get no compensation.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!N. This company is a scam. The pictures that they show online are way better quality and look 10 times better than what you actually get. Be ready to wait if you order ...because your product is coming from China. I ordered two jackets on December 5th to wear to a Christmas Eve party and one showed up on January 20th and the other one hasn't shown up yet. BUYER BE WARE!! When the first jacket got here, it was the size of a women's medium although I ordered the extra extra large based on their size recommendations. It did not fit and I reached out to them within the 7-Day period and told them I wanted to refund it and they sent me a message stating that they would refund $13 of the $59 I spent because the shipping back to China would be 40 to 50 dollars. I requested a full refund for that cheap crap they sold me and they denied my request.SCAM!! Do not purchase anything from this company.

I placed an order for 2 blazers after carefully reading through their size chart. Their own chart is quite far off, and standard sizing will not work. I usually wear a L, and ordered XXL based on the chart, and it was still small. I spent almost a month following the return directions on the website only to find no answers or valid emails at the phone numbers and email addresses listed. I then researched the internet to find there are many aliases for this company, all which have the same complaints. I then went through Paypal with lots of proof of all my failed attempts. Their website states they will provide a shipping label - they do not, through paypal they authorized a return if I mailed at my expense. The very small package to China was going to cost me $92.00, I fought this as well as it was shipped to me from Chicago. Anyway, in the end I lost and advise against dealing with this company in any way.

02/12 I ordered a christmas blaze and hoody from their webside. Only after I end december starter informing my bank about this experience, then I received a fake tracking link. Mid January I received a package of some jacket and a hoody in lousy quality.

Where do I start? I ordered 2 jackets which looked PHENOMENAL on the website, size "L". The jackets arrived far too late to use them and it's a good thing; they look terrible. Printed-on images loosely resembling the website images AND they were "3X" size, right on the label.

My protest to them was replied to immediately with a $10 refund offer. I'd rather get my satisfaction giving them to a homeless person than accept an offer like that.

I ordered 2 jackets, they took WEEKS to arrive, and separately. Quality is garbage, nothing like the pictures, sizes are way too small! Good luck trying to return, they're from China though they were supposedly shipped frm France.

Total and utter garbage - these clowns take your money, send product the slowest way possible from the far side of the planet with confusing tracking numbers that don't match the order, then when it arrives is nothing like the description or size on the website. Then a refund of $8 USD is offered (less than 10%). DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Just adding to my review from December 29th: Not only are the products mediocre at best, don't match what is advertised, their "Customer Service Department" is a joke, and they refuse to take back their faulty product ... now I found out that they also overcharged me by $17 due to a "technical error". Thankfully they at least promised to reimbursed me for this. But one has to watch them every step of the way! A complete fraud!

This shop is a nightmare - odered mid November Goods not even now arrived. What good is a X-Mas Suit if delivered in January??
And I am not even sure the did sent something at all.
The "messages from the tracking" does not show who the carrier is and information usually comes about a week after any change. Maybe this tracking is also fake.

Why is ZERO stars not an option? This company certainly deserves a ZERO star rating. Like many others said, this is a scam and not a company anyone should want to do business with. The pictures of the items online are of high quality, knit fabric and embroidered details. What did I receive, a pixelated iron on quality on cheep fabric. Size chart, not accurate at all. I got an XL based on the size chart which would have actually been larger based on my measurements, it does not come close to fitting me. I paid for expedited shipping and got the item 10 days after the projected shipping that was given before I paid to expedite the items. Now I am in a back and forth with them and they are trying to pay me their max allowance of $21 on a $172 order. I have escalated to my Credit Card company hoping they will be able to help since in 2 weeks and 10 emails I have gotten nowhere with this company.

I ordered an XL Christmas jacket. It arrived a small size. I emailed to return was sent instructions only to be told it was my mistake.

SCAM!!!! The items on their website looking nothing like the items we received. They basically printed the patterns on the cheapest material they could find. I spent over $200 on several jackets and the max they will refund me is $17 USD but I have yet to receive that. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

I ordered the jacket a month ago. It is in shipping and I am getting shipping updates but it will not arrive in time for the party even though I ordered it a month in advance. NEVER AGAIN!

UPDATE: THEY ARE FRAUDS: SEND RUBBISH THEN DEMAND AT MY EXPENSE I PAY FOR THE RETURN.

1:On the website they claim to The claim to have a 4.8 out of 5 rating, yet theres no direct link.
2: The use bogus tracking Co's / numbers.
3: The First bogus tracking showed it arrive in Aust, then sat there 3 weeks, The second one they provided caught them out, They apologised and said they would send another, the weird thing was when I click on the link it showed it had left China 2 weeks before I complained, then that mysteriously disappeared and now there's no record. btw, the first purported to be coming from the U.S.

I purchased a Santa jacket in November and paid extra for expedited shipping. As of December 17th, the item has still not been received.
Being told that they are “not responsible” for expedited delivery is unacceptable. If you charge for expedited shipping, you are responsible for that service—or for refunding it when it clearly is not delivered. Had no idea this was coming from Denmark..ridiculous.

Scammers, do not buy. Misleading pictures on the website, and now they are refusing to send me the return label, even though I am within 7 days of delivery. They are asking for packaging information of all things! Going to start a dispute process with the credit card.
