I specifically looked for a bodysuit that was not a thong, and this website advertised exactly that. But when my order arrived, all the bodysuits were thong-style — the complete opposite of what was shown.

I contacted their customer service, but they insisted they didn’t make a mistake. Even worse, they told me I’d have to return the items to China, even though their website lists an address in Italy.

They offered me 30% back if I kept the items — I refused. I also opened a PayPal case, but they rejected it, saying it was a matter of "buyer preference," even though I clearly didn’t receive what was advertised.

So now I’m stuck with products I didn’t order and no refund. I’m very upset and disappointed.
Save your money and avoid this website.

I ordered a dress from this company and was extremely disappointed. The dress was very poorly made and looked nothing like the photos on the website. When I tried to return it, they completely ignored my messages for weeks. I finally had to contact my bank to start a chargeback — only then did they respond, first offering me just 30% back, then 50% when I refused. They also told me it would cost 30 euros to return the item to China, which they never made clear on the site.

Be aware that all items come from China and the quality is very low. This was a really frustrating experience and I would not recommend buying from this company.

I requested a full refund due to poor quality items I received!!! I shipped it back to them and they refused the package! Cost me almost 70 dls to ship it back to them but I wanted to make a point that I was not happy about their cheap clothing! They offered a 110 % refund in the beginning and said i could keep the items - I refused of course because their clothing is THAT bad ! Do not order from them -they are scammers!

Update: I have proof of all the emails this company has sent me “ apologizing “ for the misunderstanding! When they clearly do not want to issue me a refund. They keep repeating the same lines. In their last email they finally admitted they are located in China and not the Netherlands as stated in the return form that was emailed from them to me. 1000% scammers. If I could post all their emails to me I would!

COMPLETE SCAM - If I could give zero stars, I would. This company takes photos from somewhere else and puts on their website then makes in the cheapest way possible and ships from China. After receiving my product and realising it was nothing like the photos, terrible quality and all synthetic fibres (it says natural linen on the website) I requested a refund at which point they refused to send me the return address and said it was to ‘reduce their carbon footprint’ - COMPLETE SCAM. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered 3 dresses that looked beautiful from them 1 at £50 and 2 at £49.95. Received an e-mail after about 2 weeks to say one was out of stock and couldn't be replaced and would I like store credit!! So they had taken my money knowing that the item was out of stock - to be fair I asked for a full refund and they gave it to me after I complained. Waited another 2 weeks and enquired as to where the other 2 dresses were and they emailed to say sorry that the order had been overlooked due to a system error and they were very sorry, they would ship it immediately. About a week later I received 1 dress that was absolutely nothing like what I ordered, the fabric was horrible, it was made badly and the arms were longer than the dress. I took pictures of it and sent it to Customer services and asked for the returns policy - which is return at your own expense or they offered for me to keep the disgusting dress and give me a 75% refund. After weighing up the options it was cost effective to take the 75% because of the cost of return overseas and at the same time I asked them to cancel the 3rd dress because it still hadn't arrived and to issue a full refund. I have just received an e-mail saying they are only refunding 75% of both dresses - even though I have never received the 3rd dress which should be fully refunded. This company is a scam, do not order from them, avoid at any cost, I am about to start legal action because I am so angry that I have been caught out by a scam company. Read the other review on here that had a similar experience for clarification that I am not a crazy person.

They sent me cheap nothing like the description and I am now having to take them through a section 75 as they are asking me to pay for postage of their incorrect item. They have since I complained - updated the description of the dress online and claiming they know nothing of what I mean or that I don’t have a right to a full refund without paying for return postage back to Holland!!!! Luckily I have screenshots of the description at the point of purchase - I will be reporting them to trading standards immediately

I ordered a dress and the material looked very cheap also had a thread hanging and when I wanted to return, they didn’t want to answer to my emails.

I ordered the Valeria dress and I just love it!
I normally wear size S, but I chose a size bigger and it fits perfectly. So if you have more curves, I would recommend to take a size bigger.
