I had a great experience using Sanway. Alex was super helpful, and facilitated the shipping of my car from CA to NY well. The process was painless, and my car arrived on time, Highly recommend!

Customer service was always available. My vehicle was a few days late due to truck breakdown issues, but I was kept informed and partially refunded for the inconvenience. Made it in perfect condition from NY to CA.
They were honest and good communication.

Had a bit of a hiccup during the pickup but everything was seamless and my car arrived in NO TIME! Seriously, arrived so quickly I was completely shocked. Also my car had no damage which was surprising considering it traveled from NYC to Denver, Colorado. Would use Sanway again if I had to! Alex Szabo is also THE BEST!!!!

There were some unique circumstances that we had to navigate with the pick up and delivery of the vehicle. Alex helped me to brainstorm options that could make the car pick-up/delivery work best for us and was able to accommodate our specific needs. Alex was great and flexible from start to finish. Excellent, timely communication as well. He educated me on different shipping options and scenarios and was able to deliver a brand new tesla model 3 from NYC to LA, last minute, at a very competitive price in comparison to other vendors. Gave daily updates on the car as requested. Highly recommend!!!
