Never received my package
Website specifically states orders to Australia will not contain Kava. But it did and my package was destroyed by Border Force. They have not responded to any emails or any of my attempts via “contact us” and no phone number. Currently trying to retrieve funds back via a dispute with my bank

This is a scam. Once they have your banking info, they charge without the ability to cancel orders on their website.
I trusted the wrong site here. Order placed and goods not received. Emailed several times and did get a reply and a tracking link but after weeks no goods.
Then a second order was processed and for more than the first. I cancelled my card immediately and will now need to raise a dispute with my bank. Do not use this website.
