Great customer service but only until the tree arrives.
I ordered a tree in a pot, no instructions on how to keep it alive were given to me. The tree died the first week. As a result needles everywhere. And it was sad because the goal of paying extra for a potted tree was to keep it alive for next year as they claim they replant them.
The worst part is that I paid 60 euros for them to retrieve it after the end of the holidays. The company never informed about the collection time and they never came on the agreed day or any day after that. I contacted them by email and in whatsapp. I got stuck with a 170cm dead tree waiting in front of my house for which I could get fined by the municipality. I asked for a solution and a refund. No reply. I am very disappointed and I would advise to not buy from them

The tree simply wonderful

After a little miscommunication, I was contacted and they fixed the issue. I have a very beautiful tree now! I'm glad this had turned out to be a great experience!
