As of today, I did my transplant 1 year and 4 months ago. The clinic looked nice and professional but don’t fall for it! I stayed 8 hours in total listening to either turkish tv or 3 nurses speaking turkish on top of my head! About the results, i would say i got 20-30% more than what i previously had. I totally recommend you to pay a little more and go to a well-known clinic instead of this.

I recently visited the Sapphire Hair Clinic and had an exceptional experience. From the warm welcome at the door to the professional consultation, everything exceeded my expectations. When I met with the doctor, I was initially expecting a few procedures, but the doctor conducted a thorough examination and recommended a comprehensive approach. I was truly impressed by how smoothly the procedure went. The clinic was immaculate, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. Hande, the clinic manager, was incredibly supportive and attentive, holding my hand during the blood test and ensuring I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The staff was attentive and made me feel valued every step of the way. They even followed up with me at night to ensure I was okay and provided clear directions every step of the way. Nuray, the Social Media Director, was in touch with me from the beginning. Before I arrived, she provided directions, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable. She also ensured the appointment was booked seamlessly and followed up promptly to address any further questions I had. Her communication was outstanding. I highly recommend Sapphire Hair Clinic to anyone seeking top-quality care. I’m also very thankful to my friend who recommended this place. Before, during and after surgery I have always a person to contact for every questions that answer in a few second/minutes.
No pain, just anestesia a little bit annoying but normal.
Doctors were very professional and kind.

Sapphire Hair Clinic was recommended to me by my cousin, he had his hair transplanted there about 2.5 years ago. He started balding from a very young age and having hair really changed him a lot.
As for me, my hair has always been thin around the temples and then i just started loosing those hairs with age (I'm only 30 years old). I hated my ponytail, I could never have my hair tied up or in a slick bun as it made my forehead look huge especially with the fact I have really light brows. Anyway I did my temples and my brows and I wish I did it when I was a couple of years younger, it's amazing how having hair can boost one's confidence. My surgery was a DHI they didn't shave my hair at the top which was amazing .. I didn't know it was possible I had no idea about hair transplant. Anyway I'm back in Istanbul now with my brother, his is in surgery right now, I met the staff, warm and super nice as always, the doctor is positive about my brother's surgery, we'll see how it goes I'll update my post in a few months.
Other than that, up until now in my 2 visits my experience with the hotels and transfer was perfectly fine nothing to complain about, overall I'm very satisfied with this clinic.

Unfortunately I chose to do my hair transplant at this clinic a bit over 2 years ago, and trust me my hair is worse now than it was before. I used to have good coverage at the top of my head before the surgery due to minoxidil usage, something the doctor said I should stop with for best affect and instead use their completely useless overprized vitamin products. I hoped for 1,5 years that the hair at the scalp would regrow, especially as they were doing the surgery there, but no. After starting with minoxidil again the hair is starting to come back decently but is still worse than before, which is obviously not why you go to a hair clinic. Their ”guarantee” is completely fake as well as they after you recognize the hair is not becoming well, they completely ghost you and stop answering calls and messages, so my best recommendation is to please avoid this clinic and find a legit one instead, because Sapphire are scammers.

I wish I had done this much sooner. I finally had a hair transplant at Sapphire Clinic in Oct. 2023. I wanted to wait to leave a review until my hair had a chance to grow in. It has exceeded my expectations. I'm just a couple days away from the 8 month mark and the transformation is phenomenal. I was pleased with my experience at the clinic. The Dr. was thorough in his explanations and instructions. The Dr. was with me every step of the way. I read reviews of clinics in which patients barely even saw the Dr. and their procedures were done by the technicians. Not the case at Sapphire I'm happy to say. The coordinator was communicative; the transport team member was such a sweet guy; and the clinic was clean and pleasant. I know these operations don't always turn out well so I feel very fortunate to be so happy with my results.

First communication with Sapphire Hair was excellent. I spoke to Nuriye who was so polite and helpful and she explained everything clearly. Airport transfers and hotel accommodation all perfect as promised. Hotel breakfast was super and hotel room luxurious. Consultation with my doctor who was called Dr Baris Arici went very smoothly as he was very patient and professional at all times. Procedure explained in detail and all questions answered. My hair transplant was performed by Doctor Baris Arici himself as he always personally leads,, harvesting and hair channel opening performed perfectly by him. He is also assisted by two highly competent hair technicians and the entire procedure is done in an immaculate and sterile modern clinic. I was relaxed throughout my surgery which took 8 hours and felt no pain. Reassured this clinic is fully licensed by the Turkish Minstry of Health and knows what it is doing as my results at 7 months are absolutely amazing. My hairline has been restored as promised. Sapphire Hair is a well established clinic and they offer a level of care that's superb as they made me feel like a VIP whilst in their care. A big thank you to the skillful Dr Arici and his dedicated team and I look forward to returning in December this year to complete final stage 2 of my treatment using DHI.

I was a little nervous to fly to Turkey for a hair transplant, but after doing my research, I felt comfortable giving my hair transplant to the hands of Sapphire Clinic. I love having an agent and interpreter with me the entire time. I loved that they took care of all the transportation needs, and I enjoyed staying in the boutique hotel, with so many other of their patients who seem to be also enjoying their experience.

Attention that is not available in most private hospitals. Hair transplantation and pre-examination, post-hair transplantation information were great. You can go with peace of mind, I am very pleased.

BUTCHERS! DO NOT GET A TRANSPLANT HERE! It's now 12 months after my procedure and amongst the many things that are wrong with the transplant are: one side extremely low density to the point where it's almost bald (the technician who did that side was clearly inexperienced and in a rush), hairline very harsh and completely unnatural with a straight line and multi-grafts in the line, donor area butchered with visible depletion. They did not draw the hairline until AFTER they extracted the grafts, they also implanted in a "row pattern". And now Sapphire Hair Clinic have basically fobbed me off and are ignoring my attempts at contacting them. In summary: Sapphire Hair Clinic does not care about you as a patient one bit, their medical staff are young technicians who want to get home as fast as possible and don't think about your case at all. You will see the doctor for a consultation only, and after that you'll never see the doctor again and he will have no part in your procedure.

I have received a Hair implant in Saphire clinic Istambul in August 2022. Initially they treat you very well, they show you precious cases with a high success rate and you are very excited about it.

The nightmare comes when you are in the surgery and there are students or new joiners observing or even implanting you hair and the pain is excruciating due to wrong anestesia application and lack of accuracy implanting the follicles.
My surgery lasted 8 hours and at the end they told me that the results would not be appreciated until month 3 to 9 after surgery.
Now I am in month 10th after the surgery and my hair grows in some parts and others the implant felt down and did not grow up again giving me a very poor and flawless result (Does not look natural and does not cover the blank areas in most of my head.
I tried to contact the clinic and when they see that I am complaining and demanding restoration or a corrective surgery they do not answer my messages or even answer my phone calls. I do not want to give misleading information but just think twice before selecting this clinic and explore better option in turkey!.

Nuriye my medical consultant from before i went, was brilliant. Upfront, honest and helpful.
Whenever i had any issues before my visit, and also whilst I was there, Nuriye helped as best and as possible she could.

In Turkiye my transport to and from the airport to the hotel and to the clinic was great, on time - no issues.

At the clinic was 1st class.

I had a face to face no rush consultation with the Doctor. He went through everything with me and what they were going to do (this all went as said and planned)

The translator who was with me throughout couldn't have done a better job. I felt everything was relayed as said and i was made to feel comfortable by her, and again, everything was upfront and honest in the translation.

And to the actual transplant, they have done a great job. The staff again I can honestly say, again, were 1st class. They couldn't have done a better job. And that is all you can ask.
The clinic itself and treatments they offered, and did, couldn't have been better.
