As other reviewers have noted the products are cheap and nasty. A linen top turned out to be something street hawkers will try and sell you. No labels and certainly not linen. I’ve put it down to experience and will never buy from this trader again

I thought I was a savvy shopper but I definitely demonstrated I was a sucker in this instance. I purchased a couple of shirts for £80 from a FB ad which arrived about a week later. On the ad the shirts looked great, supported by a number of positive reviews which I now consider are untrue. The quality of the shirts wasn’t bad but the material was totally synthetic, the style which I liked from the photo was unpleasant and the size was too big for me. I’m normally a medium/large, these were at least XL.
For these reasons I reached out to Sara London’s customer service for a full refund. I communicated with a person named Olivia a number of times. They went through a number of offers to persuade me to keep the shirts such as 15% refund plus keep shirts but I wanted a full refund. I was informed by Olivia that if this was the case I would have to pay postal return as they would be returning to China!!
At this point I could see the writing on the wall……if I went down this route the goods would probably get stuck in Chinese customs and not be collected due to import tax. I was offered a final 30% refund plus keep the shirts. To cut my losses I agreed, with the intention of donating shirts to charity. This was a month ago now and I’ve yet to receive the promised refund even though Olivia stated it had been processed and that I needed to be patient. I emailed her again a week ago to chase this up and now after a number of communications she is not responding. I can only surmise I won’t be seeing this refund at all.
So in conclusion I have learnt a painful lesson and would strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from this company to give it a wide berth as they purport to be something they definitely are not.

Absolute rubbish. This company sells sub standard items. Pictures shown nothing like the item when it arrives. To return 1 shirt was £19.00. Avoid at all costs

They sell overpriced items that you can buy on Shein for 1/3 of the price. They are of very poor quality. The return costs are supported by the consumer and they are sent back to China!!!!! There is no transparency on their website on the return costs. DO NOT BUY!

Ordered two t shirts over a month ago, yodel lost them but Sara London are not interested, I’ve sent over 40 emails to customer service and get the same reply no matter what I tell them. Please don’t shop with these I wish I’d read the reviews before hand 😡

Avoid at all costs. Shirt in ad was cotton. The one that arrived is rubbish quality and is synthetic. Lying and misleading company. Cannot get hold of them.

my husband ordered himself some linen polo shirts from an ad on Facebook, I have said to him before never do this without checking the company and reviews first but he forgot/didn't.
2 shirts totally awful rubbish. no labels inside and nothing like linen.
Have emailed for return address but they wanted picture and video of the shirts to see what the problem was, then they said he could keep them and get a 15% refund against another garment!! as if..
just waiting now to see if he does get a return address.
I'm not sure how a company (joke) like this can get taken down or stopped??

Do not use this company, I paid £40 for a shirt for my hubby. It’s very shabby, wrong colour plus the buttonholes sewn into too small so NONE of the buttons will fit through, hence cannot even close up the shirt. Lots of cotton hanging from seams. Plus they delivered a man’s XL shirt in a very tiny plastic bag, so it’s arrived completely creased😡

Absolute rubbish, was supposed to be linen shirts, they are some type of cheap fabric and certainly not sized correctly.

That will teach me not to do my due diligence and from reading other reviews it would cost a lot to return them.

I certainly would not recommend anyone
to buy from this company.

Item was advertised as denim. It's an awful, cheap poly-something which I wouldn't even use to wash my car. Absolute rip-off. The only way this Company can improve is by closing down an refunding all of its customers

Don't touch this site with a bargepole ... misleading ... nothing to do with London at all ... ordered blue linen Ricardo Polo shirt £39.95 ….
turned out to be cheap polyester goods from China, mis represented and too costly and uneconomical to return... many experience returns not received so the tedious reclaim process starts with courier.

As my purchase was under £100 in value I do not have credit card protection primarily governed by Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 so cannot pursue recovery by that route, but believe me, if I could, I would.
Until I receive a full refund of my monies I will however use my best endeavours to continue to expose this company's practices and misrepresentations at any and every opportunity I see them advertising..... you should too if you have had similar experience.

They advertised a men's shirt using the word Levi and saying it was on special offer from £200 to £39.95. The said special blended fabric to keep cool in the summer.

It arrived after nearly 3 weeks travelling from China (don't be fooled by the name Sara London).

It was nothing more than a rag, printed on one side only and was in a sort of BriNylon of the 60s. It arrived in a 6 inch by 8 inch envelope so it shows how thin it was. When I complained they asked me to send it back at a prepaid cost of £13 and they would send me another one!

Cheap tat that was worthless and now in the bin.

Bought a linen shirt from a very nice looking picture of a linen shirt on Instagram. The shirt that got delivered from China has never seen linen. I requested a refund and here is their return address: Liu Changxing

It does not exist as far as I can tell. These people are crooks. NEVER BUY ANYTHING WITHOUT CHECKING THE RETURNS POLICY. My money is down the drain. Visa and the bank don’t want to know, yet they are complicit with this criminal activity.

Did not want to give any stars. Save your money. I am still getting the run around. Told me that replacement items were sent out and nothing has been done. Cheap garments, workmanship terrible. Also, had one outfit sent with brown marks . I tried again today to see when I was getting replacements as promised but cannot get a straight answer . DO NOt use them, save your money. I have now come to terms I have been had . Discusting. I have sent photos to them .

Like some other reviewers I fell for the ad on Facebook. The item which eventually arrived is a far cry from the shirt shown in the ad. Cheap rubbish. Avoid this company, dreadful.

Nasty cheap trash. My husband had bought this and it is complete rubbish. Different material, style, and just fit for bin to dustbin.

Absolutely awful. Keep away. Would give it a minus mark if able to. Ordered x2 large linen shirts. Several weeks later a pair of awful polyester type shirts arrived. Yes they had a label marked L on them but we're a small small. After a week of emails I finally get a response. I have to return the shirts to China to get my refund. Guess who is paying and it's not Sara London. Keep away.

There is no such company,their address is an elevator in a building in China and you cannot return the counterfeit goods because the address and zip code is a scam even if you could return the items purchased it costs more than the amount you paid for the postage

I wish I'd read the reviews first. Luckily I'll never have the negative experience of the rubbish products - they use Yodel, so they'll never arrive anyway! Lesson learnt.
