Dirty and dangerous scam broker. I opened account and my profile got verified after I uploaded my KYC Identity Document and Selfie. Them after trading and upon trying to withdraw they rejected my withdrawal saying advanced KYC needed and I uploaded all my valid recent Bank Statement but they keep on rejecting. I will change my rating of they release my funds.

WORST EXPERINCE EVER. I joined their IB program. From the onset, I had advised my traders to never use a broker that has no account manager, exorbitant fees, slow process and vague feedback. At registration, I got approved immediately. I stayed three days waiting for partnership department. They helped me after 6th day to set up commission structure. I brought in clients and unfortunately they reduced leverage. I tested withdrawals of few dollars and this where the drama began: Send Selfies. I sent. Send THEM AGAIN. I did. Upload Proof Address. I did 4 times different bank statements and utility bills under my name and address. They blatantly refused and said I require fresh verification. I asked them to call me. No feedback and no withdrawal. Please stay away from scam broker. Heavy fees on deposit and withdrawal and slow response. Also note there is no strong regulations. And proof of address was optional only this time they had to force it to cancel any future withdrawals even among my client.

Never found a trouble for withdrawal, but the rate of currency changing should be considered to relieve client

I wasn't paid $1,266.60, and my account was blocked, preventing me from making any more transactions on Saracen Market. It stated that my withdrawal amount was too large. It's a real shame.

So far so good , just withdrawal timing a bit slow...if possible within a minute much better

Over all, good.
Need to improve withdrawal part;
-ex: 1st time withdrawal only took 1 hour to receive in my bank account.
- 2nd time took 12hrs plus then 3rd time was 4hrs.
- slippage (normal hours / not during news) & account balance sometime not tally (i think system calculation not accurate) then look fine.

Everything is perfect. But the server seems too slow for MetaTrader5. Please improve the server side from Malaysia. Sometimes it takes time to load.

Deposits and withdrawals have been smooth overall with this broker. Had two slow withdrawals, but they sorted it out quickly.
