When I decided to start my journey into data analytics, I had no idea where to begin. That’s when I came across Sarah Academy , and things started to make sense.

I have been at the academy for almost two months now. My career advisor is Ivona, and she is splendid. She takes the time out of her schedule to answer any questions I have, always on top of her to-do list, and shares little tidbits about the job market whenever she can. I would recommend Sarah to my friends and others in similar circumstances to mine.

Sarah Academy has been a great resource so far in terms of helping me to look for and find jobs that closely relate to the the field of work that I want to get into. They have set up a great system that breaks down all the key components that are required for a candidate to be as successful in their job search journey. From CV refinements, specific job boards that target certain demographics and weekly events that helps keep candidates up to date with all things jobs related.

Being an international candidate myself who is exclusively looking for visa sponsored jobs, Sarah's provides a platform for people such as myself that may need some extra help and information when trying to apply for jobs in other countries.

My 2 career advisors that I have been working with so far, Ivona Mincheva and Maria Mihailova, have been very helpful and supportive in my journey so far in helping me develop my CV, present myself more confidently in mock interviews and direct me to specific job boards that provide visa sponsorships.

I am someone who thought I was doing just fine by myself in my job search. Before Sarah academy I had made it to about 4 interviews including one with goldman sachs.

However I got stuck there and was not making it beyond the second round. I realised that I needed a bit more guidance in my general strategy, and that’s when I got approached by Sarah academy via Filip Dimitrov initially.

One thing that they get right is the clear and direct focus on visa sponsored roles, unlike uni and postgraduate careers teams that i have found to be so vague.

After just one meeting with my personal advisor Ana Joveska, I can actually see very clearly how to optimise my search. In our collaboration i have found genuine support and understanding towards my personal circumstances and as a grad in *all* the circumstances right now, as WELL as truly expert guidance on cv work, interview prep, application support, application etiquette, and well paced structure that i can work with without feeling overwhelmed. this combination is extremely valuable to me.

Since joining and working with Ana and the team, i have also attended a networking event organised by sarah with my cohort and others where i have actually found an easy going sense of community with fellow job seekers and the sarah advisors. I also really appreciate this.

All in all, I am glad to be part of sarah and the advisor i am working with is genuinely fantastic. I am less overwhelmed and already have so much more confidence in my job search and i’m grateful that i am supported every step of the way.

I’m still yet to discover more of what they offer but so far I can see the difference and the impact.

The Sarah Academy is a program that gives you access to trainings, coaching and a platform to sponsored job opportunities. My career advisor Ana Joveska has been very helpful so far - giving a clear strategy with target to achieve in my job search, polishing my CV and LinkedIn page and, training me for interviews.

Although the program has useful resources, it is also important to note that you have to put in the effort and utilise every opportunity to your advantage. I will highly recommend the program to anyone who is seriously looking for a sponsored role in the UK.

I joined the Sarah Academy one month ago and so far I am very happy with my experience! My mentor Ana is very nice, helpful and supportive. In general, everybody I had contact with is always ready, open and motivated to help.

Before joining the academy, I was a bit lost with the specific direction I wanted to go in as my future career. They already really helped me out by providing all the course materials and by discussing the possible directions for my future development. I am grateful and I hope it will only get better and with their help I will get a great new job.

I first would like to thank Ivona, who was my appointed supervisor. Not only was she my supervisor, but she could prove to behave like a friend when I needed comfort. I felt comfortable to confide in Ivona with fears and worries throughout my journey. I will admit I had some mixed feelings at times with Sarah, but the overall experience is good. They have a lot of students so often I felt like the allocated time per slot is not quite enough. They invite interesting people to host webinars as well. I also would like to show appreciation towards Alvin, because I really enjoyed the programmes he arranged. He made really nice presentations, and spent time answering questions within the short time that was available. He would offer to follow up personally in each members channel.

I chose to end the membership this time due to personal reasons, but if there's a chance I might work with them again. Bear in mind that there are many members and it can get quite busy for the supervisors.
