Firstly I'd like to say how welcoming the team is , as soon as I entered the clinic was filled with enthusiasm and I had a warm welcome. The therapists were very knowledgeable and professional , they explained everything about my treatment and have allowed me to feel so comfortable as I was quite nervous however I loved my facial it was super relaxing my skin was left so nice and smooth and glowy ready for my event , i had so many complimemts later on that eveneing on how amazing my skin looks and they were all shocked.

It was a fenomenal premium service and their products were amazing and also purchased few of her skin care brand which had really helped improve my hyperpigmentation which was a massive concern to me .

Over all service was 10/10 I absolutely loved it I recommend you all the go there as the energy and the vibe was amazing that I didn't want to leave !!

I had a hydra facial this week along with my sister. The next day our faces were swollen and we were both ended up at the GP in pain and were given medication as the products used at this salon are questionable. I have no allergies but there is something pumped into the skin during the hydra facial that it reacts causing damage to the skin. Avoid this place as I do not wish my awful experience on anyone else.

So I thought I'd wait a few months before leaving my review. For good reason too. I wanted to see the results first before leaving a review and that takes time.

I went in for Scalp micropigmentation (SMP). I was extremely worried leading up to the appointment, as I litrally had no idea what to expect and my scalp and i are very close. So i wasnt just going to let anyone do the procedure. But all those fears were put to rest very quickly once I was greeted by Sarah and her team. They did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. Sarah's step by step explanation of what to expect gave me huge confidence.
My procedure did take alot longer than expected, i mean a good few hours longer. However, that didn't deter Sarah or her team from continuing until they had the perfect finish. Not once did their professionalism drop in the time i was there. In fact, I realised very quickly they were just genuine nice people. Anywhere else, I'm confident they'd of been ready to pack up and gone home alot earlier. No 2 scalps are the same and mine was just taking alot more ink on one side and being the perfectionist that Sarah clearly is, she had no intention of allowing me to leave until it was perfect...
Once it was all said and done, the finished scalp was absolutely amazing! Not a single person to this day even notices I've had SMP and its been alomost 3 months now. It looks incredibly natural. I was told that for the next week or so after the procedure I may have a sore head or some peeling. I had very little of either. I will say there was some pain at times during the procedure. But that was down to me refusing the numbing agent.

So in conclusion, I'll definitely recommend anyone to visit Sarah if she can fit you into her busy schedule and I'll also like thank her and her team for the Vip service i was given and the fantastic work done on my scalp. I'd honestly give 10 stars if I could. Well done and hopefully see you soon for my top up!

Wowcher claims Dermologica facial is £238. It’s this sort of nonsense that gives wowcher and small businesses a bad name. There is no salon charging this amount of money for a dermalogica facial so the intention to sell it as a huge discount to unknowing customers is poor form, not to mention quite insulting. Huge amount of upsetting and poor service with very strange business model. Paid for an hours facial and was in the room for 20 mins with the rest of the time being spent having the brand upsold to me. Plenty of excellent small businesses and beauticians in the area, who won’t try to rip you off
