Excellent Service Always

I have been using Sarah Chapman products for quite a few years now, and have been lucky enough to have visited their original salon and their beautiful current one. Both were a fantastic experience. Having made many purchases online I have had exceptional service and delivery. The products I have tried are luxurious and effective and a pleasure to use, the smell of my moisturiser gets me every time! I really appreciate the loyalty scheme, gifts with purchase and generous discount offers. All in all a very satisfied customer. Thank you!

Great gift

Great gift, but sadly no longer available

I received the Sarah Chapman SOS stickers as a gift and really enjoyed using them. They were soothing, effective, and felt like a little luxury treat for my skin. I would definitely have repurchased them myself, but unfortunately it looks like they’re no longer available, which is a real shame.
Giving 4 stars instead of 5 purely because I can’t get them again!

Face Cleanser / spot patches

Quite a change from my usual products. (Cleanser and spot patches) very pleased with the cleanser (been using it for a month) but feel like the patches were not working that well (and had a bit too much individual packaging to my liking)

R and R Glow .. amazing

Feel blessed to have found this product .. R and R Glow. I suffer from Rosacea especially around my nose, it’s a comfort to apply and soothes the area immediately .. would definitely recommend.

1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Support and Service

I am deeply disappointed with the support and customer service I’ve received regarding my missing package. The order, placed on November 6th for £138, was delivered to the wrong address and left at a neighborhood bar—a location I never authorized or instructed to use. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this, including providing photographic evidence and contacting the bar (who confirmed they returned the package to the courier), the Sarah Chapman team has refused to take responsibility.

Over a month later, after numerous emails, the team continues to deflect responsibility, asking me to “check with my neighbors” or claiming they are still “looking into it,” without providing any resolution. I have also contacted DPD, the courier they used, who stated Sarah Chapman must open a case for the missing package.

This situation highlights a clear failure in both delivery logistics and customer service. I provided the correct delivery address at the time of purchase, yet I am left without my package or a refund. I expected better accountability and support from a premium brand like Sarah Chapman.

disappointing experience

I write this review with the intention of helping other customers to avoid unpleasant surprises.
It seems I'm not the only foreign customer who has had problems with shipping and with customer care. Two weak aspects of this website.
I waited an endless time for my first order which included a gift for the over £ 100 spent. The package arrived after a month without gift. After countless exchanges of correspondence with customer support they decided, as a token of apology, to send me a free package that included the previous gift (expected twice). Moral of the story after 20 days I finally collected my “free package”(actually an envelope) by paying 6 euros for customs containing two small samples and again no gift related to the previous purchase.
I'm sorry to say but all this denotes a lack of respect and a behavior that is not up to what they claim to be.
Until they improve these aspects they are comparable to a beautiful Ferrari without an engine. Luxurious and promising but only in appearance.
I write this with much disappointment I would have preferred to have a good opinion but there are other brands that are better organized and with the same excellent products that deserve to be considered more than Sarah Chapman.
I do not recommend purchasing on this website for foreign customers like me. Roberta
