I had wanted to go on one of Sarah's training courses for a while but I put it off. I wasn't sure if it was for me, so I dismissed it. I remember reading a comment someone had posted after the course I didn't go on had finished, saying "It changed the way I looked at things and opened up new opportunities..." I thought doh! that could have been me saying that!
​I went on the next NLP Diploma course and I was blown away! I then did the NLP Practitioner course and I wish I'd done it sooner! I learned so much about myself and the way I interact with the world. Game changing.
​Sarah offers a relaxed and nurturing space to explore the what behind the why and the why behind the what. You learn how the way you receive information affects how you perceive your day to day life. For me this started with curiosity and FOMO and it ended up with me meeting some of the most incredible people who fast became forever friends. This experience has changed my entire perspective.
So if you want to learn some of the most effective life hacks that actually work... don't put it off!!! Your future self will thank you and by day two of the course, you'll wish you'd done it sooner.

I have just completed my 6 month NLP Practitioner Training.
The training was one weekend a month and therefore we had the time and opportunity to practise, reflect upon & consolidate the learning and new techniques covered.
It was great coming together as a group each weekend to share our experiences and learn from each other.
It was a fantastic course and trainer.
I can not recommend Sarah and her courses highly enough.

In the 3 days I was on this course I learned about me, I was so lucky to have 7 amazing women around me sharing , listening, not being judged was massive to me.

NLP diploma came at the perfect time for me; butting heads with my demanding teenager, I knew what I was currently doing wasn’t working but didn’t know how to take a different approach. I am amazed how quickly life changed when I applied the NLP techniques. NLP really is transformative, on a personal and professional level.

I also completed the mBIT coaching course with Sarah, which ties in nicely with NLP. mBIT has given me the tools to reset my nervous system and overcome self-limiting beliefs that were holding me back. These are skills that can be applied to every aspect of your life. Both of these courses are truly life changing!

What I love the most: neuroscience backing up ancient wisdom with scientific facts.

Sarah is an outstanding NLP coach. The Diploma is something I have wanted to do for a while and she was not at all "salesy" suggesting I take it in my own time. I was ready and wow what a weekend! She is so knowledgeable about this fascinating subject. I had so many insights and aha moments. I have learned so much about human behaviour and how the tools will help me in my own coaching practice helping clients navigating relationship challenges and going through divorce. I've just completed the 3 day NLP Foundation Diploma with Sarah and I can honestly say its one of the best things I've ever done! NLP is incredible and has altered my internal narrative in such a positive way that I don't recognise the person I was last week. I absolutely loved doing my NLP diploma and then the practitioner. I found some of the sessions brought up things from my past which I hadn't journey'd back to in a very long time however my absolute breakthrough was my last session of the practitioner. I've been through some very challenging times lately and I know the NLP has helped me through it sub consciously. I will look into this more once I am fully recovered. Sarah is a brilliant mentor and teacher and makes it easy to understand and learn.
