Too bad I can't give a zero. Do not trust them. Clothes are not like the ones in the pictures ie 'chiffon' is stiff poly.They do not fit and are poorly made. Paid a lot to return them with their return label. They claim they never got it. Be patient, Sent back late Aug. Still claimed they didn't get it-be patient.DecI6/19 got my package back shipped by China Post.. Looks as if they have a scam clearing house and then change their name.

I agree with everything written in the reviews and have experienced it all. In addition I actually sent my items back to the Chinese company only to have them resend the parcel back to me unopened with a sticker on it stating overdue return. What a complete shamble and in the meantime Sarahia told me they hadn't received the returned items. They tell lies and are very deceitful. Do not deal with them and tell your friends about this rorting company.

Beautiful pictures, crap products. I ordered a dress that said embroidery in the description, it was not embroidered, it was printed. That fabric was very thin polyester, awful to wear. Don’t buy from this company. They have different names so watch out for the companies that show the same merchandise but under different names.

Do NOT buy from this company! I wish I have been smart and googled the company before buying.
I got the wrong product and only offered 30% refund and the offer to keep the product I did not want. It would cost me twice the total buying price, including shipping cost, to send it back to China where the company is situated - and the cost is on you!
Again, do not ever buy from them!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I placed an order on May 7, 2019 and after a month, I did not receive my order. I attempted contacting them to no avail. It wasn’t until I filed a claim with PayPal that they sent an item that was a piece of crap. Very thin cotton/poly “pants” with an elastic waist band. Nothing like the picture shown. They did not ever send the 2 tops that I’d ordered. They then provided shipping info to counter my dispute/claim to PayPal. Paypal directed me to send the item received back to an address in China when the package from them was from a CA address. After, paying 23.50 to USPS and provided a copy of my shipping info, PayPal denied my claim on 7/15/2019 against this bogus company. So, I am out 135.35 total! Save yourself from the frustration of waiting, filing a dispute, wasting money, and jumping through PayPal’s hoops to no avail! Sarahia knows how to play their game of ripping you off! 😡

Like everyone else, I should have read the reviews. I buy clothes online, all the time. This is the first time I ordered from this company. First, the clothing didn't arrive in one package. It came in three shipments. After I received the first package, I got an email telling me the remainder was in a warehouse because I gave them an incorrect shipping address. When I questioned how one part of the order arrived correctly I was told I had to send them an additional $15 to cover reshipping. I refused and got paypal involved. Eventually, the remaining order arrived, without my paying any thing additional. Now, about the clothing.... Helen Keller could do a better job with the sewing and lining of seams and stripes, etc. The fabric is not cotton or linen as advertised. It all itchy polyester, and extremely flimsy at that. The actual patterns of the shirts leave darts directly over your breast. Sleeves are baggy and shapeless. I realize the prices were low, but this is ridiculous. The entire purchase is going to the homeless in my community. I washed everything first, and packed it up. I don't think the clothing will withstand a second washing. It's almost funny...when the clothing arrived, I looked at it and said 'i would never have ordered something that looks like this'. Just don't do it.

If it were possible to give no stars I would! Rip off site! Ordered 4 blouses, ended up with 2 of the same blouse, one tiny blouse that looked nothing like the picture, and the 4th never came at all!!

It’s been 2 months since I placed my order and I have not received all of the things I ordered. What I did receive was awful, sizes are wrong, fabric like paper, items do not begin to resemble what’s on the website. Almost impossible to return. I learned an expensive lesson. The most expensive dust rags I will ever own!

It's been over 1 month since I placed my order. They charge your credit card immediately as opposed to some companies that do not charge a credit card until the items are shipped. I have not even received all my items yet and the ones that I have received the quality is very poor the sizing is not true. Some Smalls are huge other Smalls are tiny. If you want to return something forget it they make it impossible. I will never deal with this company again scam scam scam

I SPENT OVER $200 AND AM NOW FIGHTING WITH PAYPAL TO SECURE A FULL REFUND. THEY SAY YOU HAVE TO SHIP BACK TO CHINA (BY THE TIME YOU PAID FOR SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS YOU'D BE OUT THE ENTIRE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE CRAP CLOTHING) BUT THE CLOTHES ARE SHIPPED FROM AN ADDRESS IN MONROE TOWNSHIP, NJ SO I SENT THEM ALL BACK THERE. LET'S SEE IF PAYPAL STEPS IT UP AND GIVES ME MY MONEY BACK, NEVER AGAIN. SCAM SCAM SCAM, AND I WOULD NEVER GIVE THIS COMPANY EVEN 1 STAR BUT NO OTHER OPTION, THE OFFERED ME 15% TO KEEP THEY CLOTHES, NOT IN MY LIFETIME!

"ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!" I had the same problem with exchanging items. The sizing is totally off true sizing and the quality is very poor. I went back and forth 4 time with emails to get information. My final reply was that it was past the 15 day return policy! It took them 16 days to get back to me!
I guess I should have known in the first place...would you expect anything else from CHINA?

Absolutely the worst website I have ever ordered from. Articles are nothing like the photos, made of cheap quality material, poorly made and inconsistent sizing. The delivery is slow, receiving information for the return address takes numerous emails. An offer of 25% reduction was made in lieu of returning and the customer is responsible for return shipping to China and customs fees (who knows what these will be!!!). I have never felt so out of control of any online purchase, EVER. I will probably keep the items as the process for returning and the costs are CRAZY. I actually think this is their marketing strategy. I have seen numerous website advertisements online with very similar articles to SARAHIA. I believe they are marketing themselves under numerous names. Please read all reviews prior to purchasing from online companies. I certainly wish I had done so prior to this purchase.

I also wish I’d read the reviews. This company should be closed down for false advertising. Clothing nothing like the picture. Very poor quality and sizing. No clear way to return goods. Pretty much a scam.

Do not be fooled! Nothing like advertised. Material is cheap polyester, colours and sizing are way off. My order was a complete write off, can't even donate them. Do not order from this site!!

Please people do not buy from this site their product looks nothing like i order. Do not buy si from this site their product are no good all they do is take people money.

I have never bought online and after this episode I never will again.Absolute trash.See through thin materials,polyester that is static and of poor quality.Threads and unfinished work everywhere.
All sack like with no shape.
Think A frame ,no waist.Colours nothing as photographed.
Arrived after 1 month in 2 separate packages.For which I had to pay for.
Our land fill is full of junk.Now I feel guilty adding to it.
Never thought about reading reviews.So hope you did..
The only good thing about the journey was rekindling the excitement and anticipation of waiting for mail.
Sadly anticipation proved greater than the acceptance.

I wish I had of seen these reviews before hand, I ordered a dress and its like a 5 year old has made it, nothing like the photo at all. DO NOT order from this company, I wouldn't even donate this one its so bad. The t-shirts aren't the colours they were showing on line.

I definitely should have read reviews before ordering. The order took over a month to arrive and I've only received 3 out of 5 items. I was not kept updated, even with the tracking number. When I saw the misspelling of the word tracking, I knew this was not a reputable company. The fabric used was not as portrayed in the picture and the quality was poor. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering in the future!
