Scam company

Items took weeks to arrive and were very different to that advertised. Different material too. Knew then it was a scam. What can be done to get £ back? Seems as if others have tried unsuccessfully. Bought through FB advertising, are they liable in anyway? I won’t buy anything through FB again. Their loss.

Do not buy anything from this company

Do not buy anything from this company. It is a scam. The jumper I received bore absolutely no resemblance to the photo and description. They answered my emails with an AI response offering various different percentages off my next purchase. I explained. I would not be buying anything else so they offered various different percentages off as a refund. I declined as I wanted a full refund. They have now stopped communicating. They are to be avoided.

I ordered a "Retro Wool jumper" which was POLYESTER. It contravened the advertising standars of UK. Definitely a Chinese company, who are unaware of this!

I ordered a "Retro Wool jumper" which was beautifully knitted, but was 100% Polyester. Since I am allergic to any knind of nylon/polyester, I tried to return the item.
All I get is larger and larger vouchers to purchase something else. There is no "returns" slip or address in this country. I suspect it is all from China, and eager to please UK customers. BEWARE....the labelling is incorrect, and anything goes.

They took a month to send the items…

They took a month to send the items after taking payment at time of purchase.
Items sent don't match the original photos - fabrics are poor quality and colours mismatch.
No information online about how to return items, and they argue about providing it via email.

Fake Chinese Scam clone website found via FB ads

⚠️ Likely Scam – Rebranded Dropshipping Site with Fake Identity

I came across this site via a Facebook ad and was initially drawn in by the stylish jumper designs. But after doing some research, I discovered this is likely a rebranded scam site operating under a fake identity.

The site claims to be a London-based boutique, but WHOIS records show it was recently registered with anonymized ownership, and there’s no evidence of a UK business presence.

It appears to be a clone of SarahKateCharleston.com, a site with dozens of 1-star reviews on Trustpilot and YouTube calling it a scam.

Both sites use AI-generated or stolen images for their models and products. Even the supposed founders “Sarah & Kate” appear to be AI composites.

The Charleston version falsely claimed to be based in the USA and Netherlands, but customers report having to return items to China — often at their own expense.

This is a classic dropshipping scam: the site acts as a fake storefront, forwarding orders to low-cost Chinese suppliers. Customers receive poor-quality items that don’t match the photos, and refunds are routinely denied.

The rebranding from “Charleston” to “London” seems designed to target UK buyers after the original site was flooded with negative reviews.

Please be cautious. This is part of a wider pattern of deceptive online stores using fake branding, AI imagery, and social media ads to lure in unsuspecting shoppers. If it looks too good to be true, it probably is.

This company is purely a scam

This company is purely a scam. The item I ordered looked great in the photo but when it arrived it was completely different. They refused to refund the item completely but sent a 30% refund.
Don’t touch them!!
