I came into the program as a hyperintelligent, highly organized, extremely disciplined 27-year veteran of the business already in the top 10% of my market...in addition to which, I have an inherently noncompliant personality. What I wanted was to completely reinvent my marketing approach and presentation materials, and I needed to break away from the concepts I'd been working with in order to do that.

Before I joined Sarah's program business was a roller coaster for me. Working with the SVMM was truly a "refresh" for my business. Before working with the team, I was a "Yes Man," agreeing to lower commissions, and was feeling burnt out. I drove too far and worked too hard on items that had little to no ROI. It was either pay for coaching to try to get my own business that didn't suck my very soul from me, OR, go back on a team, which I really didn't want to do. After one week, and one Coaching call, I approached a seller who had an unsuccessful history attempting to sell a small community of townhomes.
