I ordered online and received an email…

I ordered online and received an email confirmation and order number. They charged my credit card immediately. After receiving nothing for 8 days I went to the site to track my order. I put in the order number they gave me. The result...no such number. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Terms and Conditions Not Posted

Purchased items online and changed my mind after reading more reviews on it. Requested a return label, but received a partial credit from them. I reviewed their entire refund policy as posted on their website. No where does it state a restocking fee with returns. I emailed them regarding the issue and never received a reply. I’m too busy to haggle over issues like this, but definitely buyer beware! Email sent 5/13/25.

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE. Sarah's Pet Store does not honor its own return policy. First, it wants to keep half of your money to "save you the inconvenience" of returning the merchandise. Then they said they would email a return label, but they did not. Does not answer any further emails. Phone number given always has a busy signal. Takes your money and then fails to communicate.

Scam web site

Scam web site. Product delivered damaged with missing parts due to poor packaging. No response to e-mails. Product photos deceptive. Same item on Amazon for 2/3s less. Reviews on website are fake. Return address for business appears to be a condo.
