They replaced an item bought first me as a gift q year ago

Made a big order in time for Christmas - prompt delivery, products well-packaged & truly beautiful. I almost wanted to keep some of the gifts I'd bought for people!

the picture of the medium suitcase is fantastic, the reallity when it was delivered is really, yes I will repeat, really fantastic.
so pleased, trying to work out where I can go to get the bigger suitcase. thank you so much

Terrible patronising customer service, without even acknowledging the time and effort I had taken in trying to place an order, a silly flaw in their IT system and having to complain. It would have been better to say, for a couple of pound, as a one-off gesture, we will oblige! Resulting in the loss of a direct sale, their products can be purchased at M&S but as they have now lost my custom for good, I'll not be bothering with that either, even though I have £40 in gift vouchers to use! And, I have just unsubscribed!

So pleased to find this English designers collection of the Chelsea range and believing it to be part of the British Portmeirion made company i purchased a set of mugs only to read on the box 'Made in China'.
This was a authentic gift for my friends abroad until I find out it was just a mass produced overpriced item in a factory in China. Not for me thanks - clever misleading marketing.

My Daughter bought me a treat of SARA MILLER SHORTBREAD HOUSE of EDINBURGH BISCUITS.
No doubt expensive. What a waste of money ??
The packaging, again no doubt expensive, was useless. The constituency of the Shortbread, though nice is very crumbly and as the biscuits can slide up and down in the packaging they finish up as bits and pieces.

I am not satisfied with the purchase. The diffuser is beautiful, but the scent is barely noticeable. I do not recommend

I purchased the Frosted Pines portmeirion set for Christmas dining. Items delivered within 48hrs of purchase (twice). Carefully packaged. All beautifully boxed and of high quality with no item defect. It's clear from their website that items are handwash only. Very happy buyer.

Products are beautiful but everything else is a shambles. Returns process is complicated and outdated. You actually have to email them for them to tell you what address to send the item back to and pay for delivery yourself. I’ve been waiting for over 2 weeks for my refund . On top of that they’re still using Royal Mail despite how useless they’ve been and now I might not receive my Christmas items in time for Christmas even though I ordered in November!!!

I recently won a gift card for Sara Miller. I was having some issues when placing my order so I contacted their customer service. They were very friendly, helpful and quick to response. Order all placed & I can’t wait to receive my items!

It looks lovely and it does the job- well, what could go wrong? The first time I used it I looked at the bottom to check that it was dishwasher-safe but it doesn't say it is (just that it's Made in China, which was a surprise), so I hand-washed it, and normally do. However, it picks up stains like blotting paper, and despite spending quite some time soaking and washing it all (and we have soft water) it never looks really clean. That's a shame as I like to leave it out as it really is too pretty to hide away in a cupboard
