everything is wrong!!!!
worst interface, worst loading time depends upon the network as well, worst connection to Aadhaar portal it says the otp verfied but relative name is not found, then how the heck did you even send me OTP? how these developers still work for government, can't they do their work just once, this country has never had a proper service portal ever.
every government site, every government portal has same issues, I think all the hired Developers are from Reservation/Managment Quota no real talent!!! how did they even get selected for thses sites to be a developer, a 13 year old student can make a pretty good site now at days and we are still running in 90's!!!
wow Salute to developers as well as Government officals who are slpeeing when it comes to actual oparation and only promote it when they need support, as is the case with every indian politicians!!

Sarathi is not working

Dabba website developed by roadside developer who don't know the basics of web development.Sarathi.parivahan website actually letting down of digital india in front of world.Payment system is pathetic.

sarathi.parivahan.gov.in not able to authenticate using register aadhar or mobile otp is comming but when submit its actually said invalid.a total disaster.

Your website is an absolute disaster! It's riddled with glitches that are causing consumers to pay double fees. Not only that, but the site is about as user-friendly as navigating a labyrinth blindfolded. It's a constant struggle for normal consumers who are being misled and misguided at every turn. And let's not forget the audacity of charging fees erroneously and then refusing to refund the money.

The web portal is a joke. The copy-paste function? Forget about it, it might as well not even exist. And don't even get me started on the lack of guidance for license numbers. Do you enjoy watching people waste their time inputting application numbers repeatedly, only to find out they've been led down a dead-end road because your back button decided to take a vacation?

This whole experience is a colossal waste of time, money, and energy. It's utterly ridiculous to be charged double for services that weren't even requested in the first place.

Your web portal is the epitome of incompetence. Basic features are missing, and the layout is so disorganized that it's like trying to solve a puzzle with missing pieces. If someone is applying for a learning license, why not make it logical and provide the option for a full driving license test on the same page? It's not rocket science, it's common sense!

Sort out your website, because right now, it's nothing short of a nightmare for anyone unfortunate enough to use it.

This is the worst site I’ve ever come across for my learner test, my face authentication is taking ages to complete, before that my reign signature was not getting accepted by this site, highly disappointed!
