I will rate sarenza a 5 star

I will rate sarenza a 5 star. My item was arranged on the same day after purchased and I choose the option for pick up at a delivery point and it was delivered the following day and we'll packaged. My shoes were just exactly what I ordered. I will shop from Sarenza again and would recommend for everyone.

Bad costumer conditions for an online shop

Sarenza has a very large choice of nice shoes, that is the only positive part. They charge 5 euros shipping cost and 2 euros more if you want to return the articles, so you pay 7 euros and you still dont get anything if the articles are not good!!! They have free shipping some days but that does not work or the conditions are somewhere hidden (maybe if you buy for over 100 euros, no other shop goes that much). Before you could change the articles for free for another size, now that is not even possible, you have to return them and pay again the very expensive shipping cost. So you can spend a lot of money and not have anything at all. The conditions are very bad and it it makes it very difficult for an onmine shop to buy anything there. not recommended as a shop at all!!!

Received my shoes today
They are in a perfect condition!
A nice ribon around the shoebox to keep everything in the box in place!
Order a lot online and thus is the first time i see this...very nice!
Ordering was easy and with a good discount 😀
Info is clear and you receive an update on every step in the proces
