Still waiting on a refund from May 2025…

Still waiting on a refund from May 2025 it's now August 2025. Customer service is ignoring me. Having to go through my bank.

*****Do not purchase from this brand.*****

THEY OWE ME NEARLY TWO THOUSAND £££ they have literally stole my money & they have their lingerie back which is worth a few hundred pounds if that.

With the returns label they show you how much they paid for the goods, hence it's not insured sending back as so so cheap. The knickers £25.00 A body £70.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. I returned an item over a month ago and still haven’t received my refund. I’ve sent several emails and tried calling multiple times, but no one is responding. This is completely unprofessional and shows a total lack of respect for customers. I do not recommend this company. If the issue is not resolved soon, I will escalate it through official channels.

Avoid online shop

1. They ship a piece of paper with your order suggesting that their return policy for online purchased sale item is for credit only, which breaches the law on “distance selling”. When I contacted them directly for a refund and quoting distance selling terms, they agreed to a full refund when products are returned.

2. Order placed took ages to dispatch because they were consolidating all sale item since Boxing Day to be shipped at a delayed date. This was not clearly communicated at checkout.

3. My return would have arrived on 5th Feb, I have been told refund would be available within 10 working days of 5th Feb. I have since emailed customer service twice without response. I have had to result in contacting PayPal for assistance in refund claim. Absolutely unbelievable customer service, to ignore 2 emails when previously responses have been prompt - are they avoiding the refund?

All in all, I would not recommend shopping on their website. Beautiful product, shop in store if you want actual customer service.

Best lingerie

Best lingerie - high quality and beautiful. I am an ID Sarrieri client for 20 years already. Never had issues with the products and deliveries, but also never needed to return since I knew the sizes that work for me from the physical stores and previous ID Sarrieri products first.

Dont buy from them

Don't buy from them unless you are sure you will keep the product, because they won't refound you. They continue to say: your refound will be processed today, but they don't refound you. It is embarrassing for a company for luxury products. I will proceed by lawyer against them. It is a pity because the products are good and I would have loved to buy more from them.

I have bought several items in the past…

I have bought several items in the past for my wife and even though it is extremely expensive for undergarments they do look good and seem to last for a long time. I recently was finally able to get the petal bloom bra and brief in her size and she absolutely loves it. Very pretty on and makes her feel special. Thanks for the product

I think this company is scamming people.

Dealing with this company has to be the worst experiece I have ever had(and I have passed a kidney stone). I wish I had found this review page before I purchased. Nothing has changed here. From the very beginning, I purchased and never received a tracking number. After a couple of days, I reached out to inquire about my order. Of course, there was no reply. It was only after 4 emails from me and several days later that I got a response. It finally went out for delivery the next day. After reaching the customs department in my country, it was held up because the shipper didn't send the right information. There is sat for 2 weeks while I tried to get an answer from this joke of a company. The shipping company was DHL. I contacted DHL and they said they were also trying to contact the company and they wouldn't respond to them either. Eventually, they were about to send it back when the company finally gave them what they needed. I suspect this is because I called my credit card company and got a full refund. After that, they responded immediately. Then, DHL realized the shipper had messed up the address even though the address I gave was correct. I finally got that corrected and received the product. When I opened the package, I couln't believe what I was looking at. It looked like it had been tailored by a child. The bra seemed okay, but the underwear was unwearable. My advice is to run away from this company.

Business running out of money (inmy opinion), don't expect a refund!!

Placed an order in March 2021, returned on the 22nd March 2021.

Return accepted through their Quality control and still awaiting refund as of the 22nd April 2021.

Chasing their customer services and getting a consistent you will have a refund tomorrow, i will speak with finance etc etc.

its a company run out of Romania, its a scam and most likely a business experiencing cash flow difficulties so giving refunds is not possible.

Worst online shopping experience ever

Absolutely the worst experience with online shopping ever. And that is for a luxurious product that requires to be fitted. To sum it up, my sized didn't fit so I immediately applied for return:
1. The return procedure is extremely manual and time consuming. They even have to approve your request
2. I had to pay 25 EUR for the shipping label !!!!!
3. They have scheduled a pick up of the return without askin me, giving me an option to arrange the time myself. It was on a day when I wasn't at home, so here we go making the process even more painful

Horrible!

As noted on our returns page and on every product page, we have provided information about our returns. We do note that returns are not offered for free. However we offer a return service which is charged at a small fee to help alleviate the difficulty of customers sending products back to us themselves.

Unfortunately free refunds is not something we offer, but we are certainly looking into this.

When a return is issued, we always provide the return information and suggest contacting TNT if the pick up time we have provided is not convenient as it is always more efficient for the pick up country to amend the scheduled package.

Truly poor customer service

If you’re thinking of ordering from them, be aware that they will ignore any request for returns. They told me to send the items back for a return, however they refused to pick up the parcel and it got returned to me in end. I repeatedly asked them to pick up the parcel but they never replied. They had the audacity to do that. I will never buy from them again.

EDIT: Thank you for the reply, the above experience is from over a year ago, so you may probably not find my emails.

I would give zero star if I could!

I would give zero star if I could. Fast delivery is the only positive. Appalling lack of communication from customer service and non compliance with their T&Cs which specify 14 days from receipt of the order to ask for a return. They seem to apply it from date of order, which is a breach of the distance selling regulations by the way. I shall follow-up with them, but thought I would post this to warn others of the shocking behaviour from what is supposed to be high end lingerie. In terms of other relevant points to future customers, the quality is not what I would expect from a high-end lingerie brand (bra alone is around £250 - my order was over £550 for 1 bra and two bottoms!). Whereas high-end lingerie makes create lingerie that moulds to the body, Sarrieri's lingerie has no stretch whatsoever in it... Very odd indeed.. The quality of the garment itself is just ok, nothing really special in terms of craftmanship. However, the worst is the customer service. I emailed to ask for advice on one of the bottoms which was clearly too small despite my measurements being spot on in the middle of the range for the size I ordered. It took 4 days for them to respond and all I received was holding email saying they were checking with the production team and would revert. Needless to say, two chasers and nearly a week later, still no reply. I lost patience and sought to return my items but to my surprise, Sarrieri have closed my ability to ask for a return two days early, i.e. from date of order rather than from the date of receipt of the order (easy to ascertain as the package is tracked). So, anybody else planning to order from them, think twice.

I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the quality of goods. All of our fabrics are sourced from heritage, French lace family producers with decades of craftsmanship & experience. Your message has been passed on to our production team and we will look into the issues of stretch noted in your points.

We wanted to further apologize for the delayed communication for the sizing query you had. As this happened in October 2020, different parts of the world were suffering to higher or lesser degrees with the Covid-19 outbreak and it was at that particular time that we were less staffed in one of the country's of our company, hence the delay in communication which was explained.

Your review has been taken on board and passed on to relevant teams and I do hope that if you wish to shop with us again, you will have a much more positive experience.

´$20 for standard DHL shipping :/

I thought $20 for standard DHL shipping was a bit much... However, the item arrived beautifully wrapped the next day, which was surprising for an international shipping. Right size and looks like the product on the website. Generally a good experience.

I agree, they send me as well wrong sizes, and wrong quantity, i have return all items, no refund, no communication, awful experience, plus they don't have phone to communicate, only email, but all emails they just ignore, I think they don't speak English...
