Professional and meticulous
Had an amazing experience working with the team. Their diamond collection is displayed on their website which you can peruse at your leisure. I had chosen the diamond myself while the design was a fully custom one that they created from scratch based on inspirations provided by me. Everything was smooth and the team kept me updated with progress at each step with full transparency. They are very professional and courteous in their dealings. The delivery was via a courier that specialises in high-value items so I received the ring intact and with all the certificates and hallmarks. I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for bespoke diamond jewellery.

We ordered a customised engagement ring, and the entire process from sharing and explaining the design was very easy. A truly disappointing experience from…
A truly disappointing experience from start to finish. After ordering two 18k gold rings, including one for women with inlaid diamonds, the first version of the ring was not compliant, requiring a total delay of about five months. Upon receiving the corrected ring, the color did not match that of the men's ring, which the boutique tried to deny before suggesting a simple polishing, as if that were the client's responsibility after already paying. Furthermore, we faced repeated errors on the final price regarding shipping and taxes in India, and the boutique always blamed us, refusing any commercial gesture. I absolutely do not recommend this store.

First, we apologize for any inconvenience you may have faced. However, it is important to clarify the points you have raised and explain the true facts.
This is not your first order and we appreciate your ordering from us again, but of course you would have ordered again only if you had a pleasant experience the first couple of times.
Also, there were no issues or concerns raised by you initially at all when placing the order or even after that - so I am not sure why you mentioned "from start to finish".
Secondly, we made the 3D computer design for both rings, made the modification of rounded edges on the women's band as you asked for, you approved both and asked us to proceed with the manufacturing. Once the actual rings were ready, we sent you multiple photos and images and that is when you realized that you didn't like the modification you had gone done - rounded edges, as that changed the design somewhat compared to your reference image. You asked us to make the ring again from scratch - which we complied with, we sent you multiple iterations of the design again and there were delays from your end in confirming the design. This was on 31st March and by end-April the final design was confirmed which was produced. Again, we sent multiple images and videos and you approved it and asked for it to be shipped.
As far as payment and shipping are concerned - we did not make any changes. Before placing the order, we sent multiple shipping options, you picked the shipping option (which had payment in INR and taxes to be paid in India) and the payment was collected accordingly. Once the rings were ready, you asked if the shipping method could be changed (we did not ask you to change it) and your Sarvada Jewels consultant told you that it is unlikely if it can be done and they will check - and hence the taxes for India were not collected at that point of time - to wait, just in case the change was possible. However, soon after, we informed you that the shipping method cannot be changed, as initially while placing the order, the payment method had been chosen according to the shipping option and taxes would be paid accordingly. This was not a change or error from our end - this was due to your request for a change in shipping method if possible.
We make bespoke rings, however it is important to understand that any modification requested in the reference design - can and will lead to changes from the reference design - hence we send multiple 3D images of the design. That is the whole idea when you ask for modification - that you want the design customized to your preferences.
Quality diamonds
Quality diamonds, excellent service. You can make excellent purchases. Trust them, and you won't be disappointed.
