Have been trying to get a card activation resolved for 3 months. Have sent countless emails and spent more than 3h waiting on the phone line with still no answer or solution in sight.

Mediocre customer service.
I applied for a new credit card but still haven’t received it. I contacted them last week and they asked me to send some documentation, but the email address they provided didn’t work. Now I’ve been waiting on the phone for 1 hour and 12 minutes. It’s really discouraging to apply for a credit card from a company that has consistently shown such mediocre customer service.
