Whilst the windows seem to be of reasonable quality, three issues stand out:
1- Communication not brilliant. At the time I think they were very busy. But at least a reply was forthcoming in the end.
2- the installers did not thoroughly protect surfaces, seemed too concerned with getting windows put in on schedule. Good spoken English would have helped. But they worked hard and found solutions to the issues that came up. Installation was not the neatest - but to be fair I did not pay to make good. One window needed to have installation adjusted, requiring another visit, though this was done promptly
3- Took a while to complete snagging, but we got there in the end.

Excellent service. SashLine installed new windows and doors on my property 5 years ago and recently I was experiencing some problems with the locking mechanism on one of the doors, I contacted them and they responded immediately and sent one of their experts out to resolve the problem the same day. I'm very happy and would highly recommend this company.

Our SashLine windows and doors look great and once delivered, were installed incredibly fast - just 2 days for a 3-storey terraced house comprising of 7 windows, a front door and rear French doors. Marius, who did the initial survey was very knowledgeable and full of helpful advice. Iosif and his installation team were efficient, tidy, and resourceful when needed. And Lavinia, who was our main point of contact in the office, was always on hand to answer any questions we had or to give us an update. If you want timber windows and doors installed quickly at a competitive price, then SashLine is the company for you!

Actual product is excellent - window quality is 5/5. Responsiveness of team in office was terrible in this case and there were multiple delays that weren't clearly communicated or adequately justified - 1/5. So averaged out I'd give this company a 3/5. If they could nail their customer service every time this would be a clear 5/5.

Amazing service, really quick and efficient all the team were very careful and thoughtful in my home and the windows have made such a difference already and it’s not even winter.

I couldn't recommend Sashline more highly. I think their product is top quality and very competitive price wise. When Marius came to give us a quote he was thoroughly professional and clearly knew what he was talking about. When it came to the fitting they were extremely efficient and absolutely no fuss. I did quite a bit of research as my daughter needed to replace 3 windows in her bedroom and Sashline came out tops of all the companies I looked at. I highly recommend them.

The job is now about a year old and thought I'd hold off giving a review to see how the windows weathered.

The windows arrived complete, from the factory, and the fitters were amazing. They kept mess to a minimum and finish is amazing

We had nearly 20 large sash windows and several French doors replaced by SashLine. This was a considerable project over 4 floors of a Listed Building and in a Conservation area. All the windows and doors had to be bespoke and to exacting standards, required by our local Conservation Officer. The quality of the products / wood and the standard of finish was excellent. They have a small but very professional and knowledgeable team of their own fitters who were always on time, courteous, hardworking and very mindful that they were working in someone’s home. Highly recommended

SashLine's service has been excellent. From the initial consultation to the supply of a well-engineered, bi-fold door. It should be noted I have purchased numerous bi-fold doors over the years and the quality of this hardwood door stands apart from the rest.

Sashline supplied and installed beautiful new duble glazed timber sash windows for my property in West Hampstead at an amazing price. The quality of the product is excellent and the installation was very tidy. Highly recommended.
