Still waiting after 4 wks, no order & lost £30
I have been waiting over 4 weeks for my order, i had put a fullstop in the wrong place of my email up on ordering, which i contacted them via email & through there website where you can leave a message.. i waited about a week for response, had 1 message asking where i ordered from, & then had no response back, so i remessaged another week later finally someone responded last week & was then told apparently they had run out of stock, but now my product is back in & they was processing my order. After 4 wks i’m still waiting, shocking customer service, no products & £30 lost. I have really lost faith.
