We've had 2 sash windows, a bay window, and a new front door fitted with WSW and cannot fault them at any point in the process - from the email interactions and updates, to the surveying, to the quality of the product, and the professionalism of the fitting team.

Everyone we've dealt with has been friendly, professional, and helpful, keeping us updated throughout. The joinery itself is of amazing quality - we can't stop staring at it! The house is so much quieter and warmer too.

Special shout out to Bipi and David who fitted everything - they have been lovely to have around and have done a brilliant job, including all the finishing touches. They also left the house cleaner and tidier than when they arrived!

Would never go anywhere else now.

I live in Hove and recently had all new front sash windows fitted by Parsons Joinery / Wandsworth Sash Windows. I'm extremely pleased with the end result.

Initially, I was quite nervous about spending such a significant amount of money, but from start to finish the team were excellent and completely put me at ease. Their communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding throughout the process.

The quality of the windows is superb and has exceeded my expectations, and just as importantly, the team were genuinely friendly and a pleasure to have around. Everything looks fantastic and has really transformed the front of the house.

I’m absolutely delighted with the work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. In fact, I’m already recommending them to all my neighbours.

We had several sash windows replaced and overhauled, and the result is fantastic. The team from Wandsworth Sash Windows handled everything carefully — they even helped with planning advice. The finish on the paintwork and fittings is flawless, and the house is noticeably quieter and warmer. I was especially impressed with how clean the fitters left each room. We’ve already recommended them to friends. A solid 5-star experience from start to finish.

am a huge fan of Wandsworth Sash Windows, for a number of reasons:

- above all, the quality of the product. We had four beautiful sash windows installed in our flat in 2019, and six years later they are as perfect as the day they were put in. They've perfectly held their shape, the movement needs only one finger for opening and closing, and the finish is beautiful. We also had wooden shutters installed at the same time, and again the finish was immaculate, and they look as new today as they did the day they went in.

- the professionalism and skill. The installation by WSW was quick (but not too quick) and showed true craftsmanship. They even brought their own vacuum cleaner to clean up the dust after themselves. It's quite nervewracking to see replacement of a window, cill and arch in an old Victorian property. Six years later, the brickwork hasn't shifted even a millimetre;

- the customer service. We dealt with Matthew and Nathan most of the time, and they were unfailingly responsive, solicitous, and careful to attend to every last detail. When we needed to check up on an aspect of the finish and spec for people looking to buy our flat, Matthew could not have been more responsive to my enquiry, even though there was nothing commercially of benefit to him.

A huge shout out for Wandsworth Sash Windows. I am 100% impressed by this 'local champion' for South London's building community. I'd not hesitate to buy from them again, not least because you feel like you are being supported right through the buying, installing and aftercare service.

We had a complete new set of sash windows fitted throughout our top floor flat and they look brilliant. The quality of the joinery is exceptional, proper traditional styling but double-glazed for comfort. The fitters worked quietly, cleaned up each evening, and were very polite. Charlie in the office was super responsive to emails, even when I asked for small changes. It’s rare to find a company that combines craftsmanship and good communication so well.

We had a new set of French doors installed by WSW and they’ve completely lifted our living space. The craftsmanship is beautiful, solid, smooth, and finished in a perfect satin tone that matches our interior. James in the office kept us informed throughout and the fitters were genuinely lovely people. A little delay in the manufacturing stage, but they were upfront about it. The final product is worth every penny. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Wandsworth Sash Windows fitted a new front door for us and it looks amazing. From the first quote with Sean to the installation, everything went smoothly. The fitters were polite, careful, and really skilled. The door feels solid and secure, and the polished brass fittings give it that extra touch of class. There was a slight delay in delivery, but communication was excellent, and the final result is better than expected. Excellent company.

Had our old sash window replaced — the quality is incredible. Looks original but works like new! The installers were quick, polite and tidy. Really happy we went with Wandsworth Sash Windows.

The team have been fantastic to deal with throughout. They took time to understand what we want, and we are really happy with the final window. When we had a small issue with a couple of handles a few months later, they quickly arranged for someone to come round and fix the problem.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Unprofessional, rude and poor communication.

In January 2025 they ‘finished’ an installation of vacuum glazing at my property. There was a fault in all of the glass which WSW said they would reorder and replace. It is now October 2025 and I still have several windows with single glazing and the faulty glass in all the other windows bar one.

I have made repeated efforts to contact them to get the remedial works completed since January. I was told by Nathan in April that the glass had been reordered.

After several months of being ghosted by the company with no response to phone calls or emails, at the end of August after the start of formal proceedings and the first response from the company in 4 months, I discovered that they had lied and the replacement glass had not been ordered.

I was reassured on a call on 28th August by Nathan that this would be done by early September. We are now in October and I have again been ghosted by the company with no response to emails, calls or formal notice letters.

Separately, the glass supplier have confirmed that the faulty glass can be reordered at no cost but Wandsworth Sash Windows are refusing to engage with me to resolve the matter in what is already now an unacceptable time frame to remediate a faulty and incomplete job.

I have requested to both Nathan and the other company director Matthew for this matter to be taken through their complaints process or to go to a dispute mediation but I am not getting a response.

I have tried to resolve this matter directly and privately with the company am now left with no option but to take the matter towards court proceedings given their ongoing lack of engagement.

Do not trust this company with your money or your property.
