It's a scam. 100%.

Product never arrived. I contacted them and their (eventual) response was to gve them a couple more days, as they were talking to the courier to see what happened to my package.

That was a week ago.

Now their links just lead to a "this store is unavailable" message.

Their eBay shop is still up, but I really wouldn't.

Shopify, which hosts this business, is of course no help whatsoever: only interested in signing up businesses and helping them trade; don't give a fresh coprolite if they are just scamming people.

So I would recommend not to use either Sassydeals OR ANY Shopify business. There is absolutely no protection or recourse if they just decide to take your money, flip you the finger and disappear.

Thanks to others for warnings. I was about to buy and just stopped and thought i'd better check reviews before i part with my money as I havent heard of this website before. Glad I did.

Stay well clear. Really angry at myself as I'm usually so careful with online purchases. However, my time had come and I fell for the slick web site, and free delivery promise. Of course it's free - they don't deliver!

Got a full refund (£50) from my bank who could see I was scammed and had no issue giving me my money back. Save yourself the hassle and don't touch them with the proverbial barge pole.

They 'process' your order, you get a professional confirmation message, however, on chase up, despite numerous emails, they don't answer a single one.

Whoever runs this company, I hope they get their comeuppance. You can find the individual concerned by a cursory search of 'Company House', but it's likely a false name as no doubt it's a criminal operation.

Do not buy from these scammers. They take your money and do not reply to emails or send goods.

Can't put a zero star, or I would. Goods ordered, payment taken, never received TOTAL SCAM. Do not buy from here.

Do not buy from this website, total scammers, I ordered some things for my wife and they never turned up, & never answers emails.

My order arrived eventually but with 2 items missing.
I thought it rather suspicious when I received 2 separate emails to say my order had shipped but the missing items were in the second email which was sent at the same date/time, yet only 1 tracking number was provided.
When only 1 package was delivered, I noticed on the label it was noted as 1of1, not 1of2, which would be the case when 2 parcels are sent at the same time, so it was pretty obvious that there were never 2 packages sent from the start, despite the 2 emails splitting my order!
I emailed the seller but they haven’t replied, so, I’m waiting for the 2 week time limit to elapse, to allow for communication/refund as per AMEX instructions, then I can claim a partial refund for the items not sent.
It appears that this seller thinks they’re being clever but looking at the email pattern and tracking info, it’s fairly clear what’s going on.
Don’t buy from this shop!

I ordered from them at the beginning of November .Payment was taken on the 8th November and a month later I’ve not received the order. I’ve emailed and messaged on numerous occasions. The only message I got was a week ago asking me to wait another 2-3 working days. Still no delivery and still nobody replying to emails and messages. Like the other reviewer I now think this company is a complete scam and somehow they need stopping

I ordered from this company. I checked they were active and registered with Companies House as I hadn't heard of them before. I wish I hadn't! After a month , one fobbing off email and then complete lack of response to emails or website, I had not received my order. Fortunately my credit card company refunded me through the cashback process.I will only use well known companies from now on!

Sassydeals.co.uk. I bought some cleaning products on the 31October 2023, it's now the 20th November 2023 and still no goods. I have emailed them, sent a message through there chat on there web site and had no response. I think there just scammers. I'm going to go through my bank to try and get my money back of these low lifes
