Excellent products, easy to use website and no excessive packaging. My only small issue is the delivery time. I do understand that the product comes from Australia. Is there any plan to hold stock to fulfill orders in the UK?

Beware- It seems to me that this company is set up to maximise sales, not satisfaction. I’m internet savvy but when I used a half price promotion to buy £59 worth of products to last me a year it became an 8 weekly subscription. When I received an email about the second delivery I emailed to say I didn’t want it, but they said it was too late. I accepted the second delivery. My email didn’t stop a third delivery of £59 worth of gels. I emailed again and got instructions on how to cancel. I cancelled my subscription but had to pay to return the third delivery. The returns process seems to me to be deliberately difficult. I had to type in every article in my order and then do a note to go in the package. Then, I had to confirm I’d posted the package and provide the tracking number. It all took about an hour. Deliberate, I think, to put people off returns. I was determined to do it though. Let’s see if I get my money back with no more awkward requirements

Not clear that you are “subscribing” to this instead of it being a one time purchase. You are forcibly subscribed. This is NOT clear. Only found out when my second order was confirmed.
Product lasts less than a day but advertised as lasting 3 weeks. Applied as instructed.
Would not recommend.

I had some problems with the fit of the gel wraps and someone replied to my email right away and gave me tips and asked for a little more information to help with sizing.

It’s so nice to feel heard and also taken care of. Hard to find when you purchase things online.

This company is doing great in customer service and in their nail gel wraps.

I ordered from sassy saints because the designs are better than glaize which I have used before. However, application is more faffy than glaize, and the nails only lasted 3-4 days

Lovely oil for your nails, hoping that it will do the trick to stop my nails from flaking and being weak!

It was easy and straight forward, and fast

I don’t really enjoy sitting in salons so this felt like a better option for me. Did everything myself in under half an hour and the finish looked super glossy. Even my friend asked where I got them done which says a lot.

While the products I purchased were not to my liking, I was provided quick and friendly customer service. I would 100% consider buying products from this company again just based on my overall experience. Plus, it was 100% clear that I was ordering and signing up for a subscription service.

I have not bought the product yet. I emailed them after reading reviews that many people had unbeknownst to them got a subscription. They responded to my email promptly and told me to avoid getting a subscription to "On the product page, you'll see a toggle for "save 20% with our flexible plan." Simply toggle that off before adding to your cart, and you'll be placing a straightforward one-time purchase with no commitment whatsoever." They also said, "Just to put your mind at ease, even if you did choose the subscription option at any point, it can be skipped, paused, or cancelled anytime from your account with no fees or penalties."

Very easy to use and understand what you got free with your purchase. The only issue I had was trying to click on the nail colours to make them bigger. It would often just automatically add those nails or nothing would happen. It was mainly the ones that were running low on stock as the message was covering the enlarge button. The actual website was better than the Instagram links.

Ok nail except they charged me again a month later, no explanation, I didnt order anything else, nor receive anything else. When I tried to contact, I didnt get anywhere.. thinking this is a scam!!

These are absolutely brilliant great idea. I can't believe they have stayed on so well. I broke 2 nails and a quick file in a downward motion didn't effect them at all.
I'm definitely getting some more and telling everyone where I got them from. Lots of comments from people saying how nice they loom

These are relatively simple to apply and last longer than any other nail stickers I’ve used! Very happy and will purchase again!
