Price marked £25 on the shelf, but charged £35 at the till

Price marked £25 on the shelf, but charged £35 at the till
Visited Sasta Bazaar on Tyburn Road after seeing their TikTok post about suitcases. In-store, they had three sizes on the shelf along with a price picture label showing Small, Medium, and Large at £25. To be completely sure, I asked a staff member if that was indeed the price for the largest case. He checked the price, pointed directly to the sign, and confirmed the large was £25.

When I got to the till, the cash desk clerk tried to charge me £35. I pointed out what the staff member had confirmed and showed him the sign on the shelf clearly showing £25 for the large size. Instead of resolving it or honouring the advertised price, he dismissed it, stating the staff member was wrong and the sign was wrong. Poor attitude and misleading price labels—be careful to double-check prices at the till before buying.

Misleading pricing and poor customer service at Tyburn Road

Misleading pricing and poor customer service at Tyburn Road
Came to the Tyburn Road store after seeing on TikTok that they had suitcases in stock. On the shop floor, there were 3 sizes displayed, with a shelf label clearly listing Small, Medium, and Large (£25). I asked a member of staff to confirm if £25 was for the largest size—he checked the price, pointed to the sign, and confirmed it was £25.

However, when I went to the counter to pay, the man serving me demanded £35. When I explained what the staff member said and showed him the price sign on the shelf, he simply told me the sign was wrong and the staff member was wrong, refusing to honour the marked price. Very misleading and frustrating experience
