Great tool to assist in the day to day chasing and keeping on top of credit control. Integrates really well with Sage and automates statements, reminders and thank you's.
The team at Satago are super helpful and always there if assistance is needed. Has really improved and cut down on time that can be used else where.

Satago has been a great tool to assist us with our credit control. It sends out automated reminder emails and statements, and you are able to customise these to suit your debt collection style. It links with Sage and automatically syncs so that it is always up to date without having to do anything! It has definitely benefited our business and we’re pleased we decided to use this tool

I have been using Satago with a client for their credit control, having chosen it from an initial recommendation. The client had approximately £180k of overdue invoices & previous attempts to chase manually had not been fully succesful. Since using Satago we have found that clients have more reactive to the reminders & chasers, allowing us to focus on & resolve any queries quickly that have been creating payment barriers. As a result, in less than 2 months after implementation, they have had their 3 most successful collection weeks ever, collecting over £130k of the past due items in that period.

What a great move it was to move our financing to Satago. After a chat with Shafi at Satago - it was apparent that our previous finance company of choice was charging us much, much more for this service.

The customer service right from the start of us setting up our Xero integration with Satago was absolutely second to none. We had a dedicated representative - Shafi - who called every day to talk me through the set up/show me how to use the platform. Shafi was absolutely brilliant and has a knack of explaining things in a very clear and throrough way which made the whole process much simpler.

As soon as set up was finished, funds requested were verified quickly and were paid into our account extremely quickly.

We switched to Satago from another factoring company initially due to better fees and no minimum charge. The best thing, however, is how practical they are when it comes to invoice verification, accepting that getting instant approval from large organisations isn't always possible. When this happens they always work with us and our clients in a pragmatic way to ensure we get the finance we need, when we need it. The staff are also very pleasant to deal with and easy to get hold of.
