Planned obsolescence to the max

Purchased two pieces from Satisfy namely their moth tech tee for $170 and their Running Cult Member hoodie for $330 + tax. I followed the cleaning instructions to the T and both have either already had the ventilation holes become bigger and or material shrink even without heat. I'm quite flabbergasted by how bad the quality is for the price. I figured I would have had a handful of uses and washes before it becomes useless. I used them both no more than twice and they already look like they've been worn for a decade. I hand washed them and line dried them and only placed it on cool air tumble once and it still shrunk!!! They claim they provide fashion, high quality materials with balance with the technical aspects of running. None of this is true! I should be able to throw this in the wash and dryer with no issue as they are running gear, yet their pieces are more sensitive than my cashmere sweaters. For $580+ for two pieces it better last. It does NOT. It's pretty pathetic. I tried to contact them about the issues and their response is to provide 15% for a future purchase. Who would buy from them again after that experience? Not trusting this French low quality cowboy aesthetic Lululemon wannabe again. If you're really looking for good running gear, skip this and buy Bandit, Soar, Ciele, Saysky or Rabbit. All priced at the fraction of what these scammers offer.

Wouldn't recommend

They sent me the wrong sized shirts and when I contacted customer service about it they confirmed that they had a sizing issue with their SS25 collection.

In other words, they knew about the issue beforehand and still sent the shirts.

Instead of then offering to send the right sizes, they offered me a 10% discount code aka here's a couple of bucks off when you buy more stuff from us.

Brutal customer service.

Very poor experience with product and support

I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the product and the way my claim was handled.
I purchased a white MothTech™ T-shirt for €120 earlier this year and wore it less than ten times. Despite strictly following the care instructions — always washing at 30° with other white cotton clothes — the T-shirt turned an unpleasant yellow. This has never happened with any of my other white cotton tees.
When I reached out to customer support, they immediately dismissed my claim, insisting the discoloration was due to “external substances” or washing practices. I explained multiple times that I carefully followed their instructions, and I even pointed out that their own website advises separating dark and light colors, which I did. Also I did not experience the same issue with other white cotton tees washed in the same way. Still, they refused to take responsibility or offer any solution, refund, or replacement.
For a premium-priced item, I expected both higher product quality and better customer service. Instead, I was met with canned replies and no willingness to reconsider, even though I am a regular customer and own other tees from the same brand that I wash in the exact same way without issue.
Very poor experience overall — I would not recommend purchasing from Satisfy if you expect durability, accountability, or a fair resolution in case of defects. I observe that other customers are facing the same issues.

Space-O™ 5" Shorts

Space-O™ 5" Shorts
I bought the Space-O 5" Shorts because they promised to be anti-chafe and made for serious running. Unfortunately, on my very first 10-mile run they caused significant chafing, which defeats the entire purpose of paying a premium price for shorts advertised to prevent exactly that. And no, they are not too short.

On top of that, the fabric started fraying after just one use — hardly what I would expect from $180 running shorts marketed as high-quality performance gear.

I reached out to customer service and received a polite but unhelpful response. Instead of addressing the product quality issue, they suggested I try longer liners or use anti-chafe balm — which feels like an excuse rather than a solution, since these shorts are supposed to remove the need for that. They also dismissed the fraying concern entirely.

At this price point, I expected durable, reliable shorts that live up to their claims. Sadly, these did not.

BUYER BEWARE - SATISFY RUNNING

I would give this company zero stars if I could. I purchased its most premium product, a merino shirt, and it tore simply by taking it off after its very first run. The company responded with a 15% coupon and told me it was a "delicate product." Buyer beware. This company is not premium and is much more a scam.
