A few minutes after reporting a problem to Satispay I receive a phone call from an unknown number with the Milan area code.

I answer with distrust without speaking (too many spam calls from call centers), promptly a human and kind voice introduces itself and identifies itself (something almost rare these days): "Hi ..., I'm ... from Satispay ..." and kindly informs me that the problem has been solved and that I will soon receive the summary email.

Well, usually the "others" only send the email.

I believe that this is the correct way to operate to give meaning to the term "Care" of "Customer Care"...

Great support from Satispay customer care team. I had some problems after ordering an item that was paid with Satispay. They were soon available and gave me good suggestions how to manage the issue.

EXCEPTIONAL support. I turned on paid savings but an error occurred and funds could not be added. I contacted support who resolved the problem in a very short time. GOOD

Upon creating the account it by default withdraws 200€ from your linked bank account as a balance top up. This is not specifically stated, instead it merely asks to set a 'budget'. That is annoying in it's own right, but not the end of the world right? Since it is still available to spend just with a different account. Is what i would say, however my 200€ has been taken but it is not present on my satispay account, it has now been 3 days. A misleading user interface at best, and simple thievery in the worst case scenario. I will initiate a debit refund through my bank and file an official complaint.
