Ordering a correct satnav SD card.

I didn't trust myself in ordering the correct SD card for my VW's satnav so I emailed for advice, on a Sunday, and received a response within two hours. The card arrived promptly, and I have fully functioning navigation again.

Bad experience/communication, to this day, I haven't received what I paid for in mid-November. Fortunately, through the service provider I used to pay for this, I was able to get a refund.

I emailed you on the day I received the…

I emailed you on the day I received the updated card from you for my in car satnav saying when I put the new card I had received from you the satnav in car couldn’t read the new card. When I ordered the new card I did everything Possible to purchase the correct card. I was very disappointed you seemed to ignore my email.
